Meat placed on one side of the bun, and eggs on the other side of the bun. There is a very meager amount of meat on this sandwich as well. See photos.
For $11, the owner should be embarrassed to serve this sandwich. Never again! There is a diner, and three other bagel shops inside a mile radius of this shop. No reason to be treated this way.

Heard a ton about Terrace bagels from a bunch of people in town. Didn’t know if it would live up to the hype and it did. So good. First off, it is busy in here so you may need to wait a little for your food. The chicken salad looked good so I went with it. The bagels have a great texture to them and it worked perfectly with the chicken salad. I am putting my stamp on them as the best bagels in town. So good. Will be back.

This was the first—and only—time I was dissatisfied with my experience. The $15 sandwich was overpriced, especially since there were no prices displayed on the menu board. I expected the cost to be closer to $12 at most and to include a reasonable side. Instead, I was given a very small portion of potato salad with no dressing and was told that dressing cost extra, which was surprising. Additionally, the customer service was poor. The staff did not seem engaged or interested in serving us, which made the experience even more disappointing. As customers, we expected better. Unfortunately, due to this experience I will not be coming here!

Was very clean and the bathroom was well kept. I got a Greek salad and it’s genuinely the best Greek salad I’ve ever had. I added avocado and it’s perfectly ripe. The dolmas(stuffed grape leaves) are delicious and everything tastes so fresh. The employees were very nice and worked efficiently to accommodate the many customers. The interior design inside was so cozy and inviting. Love this place!

I love the food but I don’t understand it’s busy Ofcourse and it’s not fast food but why have the dashers get here on time with a certain pick up time that’s whatever DoorDash says just to get here and wait 15 minutes for the order to still not be called? First off I would like to say that this was the third strike for me. I gave them another chance and I regret it. How can everything be correct on my receipt but then my order be completely wrong!! If I could give no stars I would!!! I understand it’s busy but that should not be an excuse. As I see that there was a person checking orders and putting them in the bags. My sandwich was supposed to be Bacon & egg and all I got was Egg. All of our sandwiches were wrong. ♂️
The only thing they got correct were the muffins I ordered because the girl at the counter gives them to you right away. Sorry Terrace bagels you may have good breakfast sandwiches but this constant mistakes has ruined it for me. The other thing that bothers me is paying for something and not getting what you pay for.
Well I hope no one else has any issues there but beware and check your order before leaving.

If you read my google reviews, you will see I generally try to post positive reviews. Having a culinary degree and have run many restaurants across the country, I understand the power of reviews good/bad. That being said. I would have given Terrace 1 star if it weren’t for the quality bagel and the nostalgia of going here well before my kids were born. Now, approx 1 year ago we ordered a BLT on a bagel. My wife bit into the sandwich and a tomato squeezed out so she went to push it back in. Upon Inspection she found black mold in the tomato slice. So we haven’t been back for a year. Today being the Fourth of July and not working, I wanted a pork roll egg and cheese sandwich. The wife said let’s give terrace a try again. So we did without hesitation. We ordered ahead, food was promptly waiting for us upon pick up. We drove home and began to eat. I sat down and opens my PEC sandwich and immediately was shocked to see a finger tip of a glove in my sandwich. Immediately infuriated I called. They said come back right away. So I drove back and tried to get help. They were slammed! I tried to call down people as I felt I didn’t need to wait back in line for this situation. Finally a gentleman I had held the door for called down the manager. He asked what the issue was and was shocked when I told him and he looked. He asked if I would like another and I said yes without the glove please, as I was angry but felt bad cause the place was packed. He hands me the sandwich and says “sorry but the guy was busy “
The guy who had called the manager for me was like” really there is NO excuse” we went back and forth and he said thank you and now I will never return. No refund either! I have attached pictures. I never complained with the mold situation the first time but after this I have come to understand that they may have a quality bagel but I cannot trust that the staff preparing the food has the same understatement for quality in cooking the food/sandwiches. If you’re just getting bagels, they do make a great bagel. But I refuse to give them any more money.
