We ordered through Uber eats. First, the order took a very long time to make. Then, we were told there were no lids for their drinks. So drinks couldn’t be delivered. 8 wings were delivered in the smaller container they have apparently. By the time the food got here it was cold. Not Luke warm, cold. Definitely won’t be ordering from there a second time.

I had such a great experience at WingStop thanks to Ny, the cashier! She was incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Even though my family and I took a while to decide on our order, she remained patient and cheerful the entire time. Ny gave us some amazing recommendations and had a smile on her face the whole way through. I really appreciate good customer service, and tonight, I definitely got just that! 10 PC wing combo $16 worth of food in the trash. Dry lemon pepper sprinkles only not wet sauce. You would think simple enough. Only customer there not busy tasted awful. Will employees don’t care about the food or your hard earned money. I will stick to World of Wings and never go back to wing stop!!!

the front counter service was great! shewas super nice i don’t really remember her name i think it was something like “tanijay” and she made sure my order was right. she greeted me with a smile and helped me decide on sauces since it was my first time trying a few new flavors. the wait wasn’t long either. and she made great conversation during the time i waited!!! definitely a good experience overall

Try and find another Wing Stop location if humanly possible. The bbq wings I ordered were terrible with about 5 cups of bbq sauce dumped on them, bbq sauce was not baked on at all! I also ordered Voodoo fries but when I got home and opened the container, it was cheese fries instead. Overall for $36 I expected better food than this. The lemon pepper wings were not bad but, not sure what they were trying to do with the Parmesan wings. They also were not good, just a lot of butter at the bottom of the container.

My first and last experience with Wingstop in Covington, Georgia
I attempted to order from Wingstop through the Instacart app, but due to a technical issue, I couldn’t complete the order. I then went directly to Wingstop’s website and placed an order for the 20-piece boneless special with fries, which included two different flavors of boneless wings. The order was delivered by DoorDash.
When my order arrived, it only contained 10 wings instead of 20. I immediately called the store and spoke with a woman who claimed to be the manager. She asked the employee who prepared the order if all the wings were included, and he insisted that they were. I explained that they clearly were not and requested a refund. She told me to contact DoorDash.
I called DoorDash twice, and one of their representatives contacted Wingstop. I was told that someone from Wingstop would reach out to me within 92 hours regarding the refund. It’s ridiculous to have to wait that long for a resolution. Neither Wingstop nor DoorDash is taking accountability for the missing items.
This was my first and last time ordering from Wingstop. The lack of responsibility and poor customer service left a terrible impression. I had to end up ordering from another restaurant, spending more money. I’ve since contacted my financial institution, and they’ll handle it from here.
