Picanha plate with 1 side included was ordered for 11.99 with 2 extra sides($1.75 each) [add meat for 3.99 each] but I was charged for 3 extra sides. With a Guaraná soda for a total of $22.79. Once I noticed how high the price was, i asked why don’t you ring it up as the 3 sides plate for $9.99 and add the meat for $3.99. I was told that’s not allowed because it is cheaper that way.
So I told the man there is no sign saying you cannot add meat to the meatless plate. He wants to argue with me about no sign being needed because it already says meatless plate. But right under it.
The sign reads add a side for $1.75 or add meat for $3.99.
So for anyone else that decides to eat here, questioned them about their pricing.
The food was good though.
My sides are yellow rice, plantains, and sweet potatoes.

I would like to share my experience with Terra Nossa Restaurant at the Providence Mall.
On November 26th, I placed two combo orders through Uber and added rice, beans, and salpicão as sides. When my order arrived, the bag was closed and stapled, but when I opened it, I found only one order, and it included only beans and salpicão.
I paid for two orders, as shown on my receipt.
I tried calling the restaurant several times that day, but no one answered. Today, November 29th, after Thanksgiving, I tried calling again to inform them of what happened, but once again, no one answered or returned the call.
I was very disappointed because I paid for something I did not receive. I sincerely hope that someone returns my message or phone call. For a restaurant I held in high regard, and whose food I have always enjoyed, this was very disappointing.
Attached are the photos showing what happened. I also included the pic of the receipt I received that was with the 2 orders; however I paid and I didn’t receive the complete order.

We first tried Terra Nostra over a year ago, and at that time, our experience was good. We ordered the pastel and the combo meal, finding the food and the price to be reasonable.
However, on a recent visit, we noticed a significant change to the combo offering. They have now limited the combo to just one side, with additional sides costing extra. If I am not mistaken, this change was made while keeping the price the same as before.
While we understand that prices are generally going up everywhere, this adjustment made the combo no longer feel like a good deal. The food itself was okay, but the perceived drop in value made the overall experience less satisfying than our first visit.

A little out of place at the mall.
The price is a little high end compared to the other options in the mall. A plate with 1 protein, 2 sides and a salad option is almost $20. With that being said the flavor was actually pretty good.
Ordered the pork loin, side of chicken salad with rice and red beans.
Pretty impressed with the flavor and quick food. Due to being at the mall for a quick meal, it’s a little on the higher end.

This is the worst food I have ever eaten I can’t believe I wasted my money by choosing them over everything else in the food court I will never make that mistake again the wings were so hard I could not even bite into them it’s like the food had been sitting there for hours and that’s what they served me the rice and beans was lukewarm at best but the thing that really made me angry was the chicken how hard the wings were I literally could not bite them if I could take it back I would. I’m disappointed that someone would serve that food

The food was tasty but not hot enough. I wish there were labels on the glass for all of the sides in the case. I wanted to try something new but didn’t want to make the worker explain every single thing. The case has labels for meats but ones for sides would be really helpful! With steak, two sides, and a passion fruit drink, it was nearly $20, but that’s what you get when ordering steak lol. The passion fruit drink was *amazing* and the highlight. Looking forward to trying this local chain again! 🙂

I loved everything that I ordered here: passion fruit juice, coxinhas, brigadeiro, flan, and steak/yuca/rice/beans. I don’t have anything negative to say and would definitely return to try all of the other options because all of the food looked amazing. The staff were super nice and helpful too.

It’s pretty good for Brazilian food at a mall food court. I think it was $14 for a basic plate with rice, 1 meat, & 2 sides. I went two days in a row and was satisfied both times.

Not bad. You get to pick exactly what you’d like which is fun. Prices were reasonable in my opinion. The staff was helpful.
They were out of hot sauce and it was a bit mild on its own. Picanha was good but the fatty part of it was about 40% of the meat. A little more than usual but the regular part of it was great and the meat was seasoned well.
They had some chicken… stroganoff or something? It wasn’t bad..
I mean; it’s in a mall food court so it’s pretty easy to get to.
I’d probably order a different meat option next time or maybe do vegetarian. Over all tho; good size for the cost. This does seem to be a smaller chain restaurant ; they appear to have less than a dozen – all in food courts.

I really love this place!! I am Brazilian and it’s really hard to find a real good, traditional Brazilian place and they are! The food was amazing and I even found the “podrão” there. They have all the best from Brazil here; coxinha, fresh squeezed orange juice, açaí bowl, churrasco and all that good stuff!! Highly recommended :))
