I have never had a pizza delivered in this shape ever in my life and I’m not young. First the driver was unprofessional I can live with that maybe he’s having a bad day that’s ok. I look, and the seal sticker was not on the box secure. When I opened the box I was very amazed, the pizza was a mess, it had the correct items on it just that they were thrown on no joke. Look at the pictures I uploaded. If you like to eat cooked pizza dough it was your pizza I had to measure the amount of crust it measured 4 inch at the most. This store has a lot to work on. I will never order from them again.

Ordered online and was watching the order process it never moved past make for 30 min. Walked in and my pizza was done and not hot. Luke warm at best. Very disappointed. The young girl at the counter was nice. Didn’t realize my pizza was not hot until we drove out the parking lot and into rush hour traffic.

STAY AWAY. Terrible service, horrible attitude from store manager David!he has poor leadership and management skill he doesn’t care about hungry Howie’s loyal customers! Specially the returning one. Their portions are very little and on purpose and only when he is there! He probably spits on pizza when remaking out of spite! Unbelievable!

Pretty solid pizza for the prices. Similar to Little Ceasers but a little bit more expensive and not quite as convenient. Don’t forget to get the flavored crust upgrade that’s always free. This specific location is usually really quick for pickup, 15-20 minutes max. We will definitely go back for more.

I called in a carry out. I ordered a Maui pizza with barbecue sauce and butter cheese crust and some cheese bread. The man answering the phone has very poor English. He got my order wrong 4 times, then finally read it back to me correct. I just got home and there’s no barbecue on it, there’s no butter cheese crust and everybody else working there spoke perfect English. Hungry Howies is my favorite pizza. This location is horrible. It took me longer to order than it took to make the pizza and it still came out wrong. Not what you want after a 12 hour work day.

HUGE shoutout to Jonathan and Lorena!!!
I was having a very long day at work and somehow my order got messed up and I had to wait longer than anticipated. I had an attitude and I was very rude about it. Jonathan and Lorena handled my negativity SO well that it reminded me of an important lesson, treat others how you’d like to be treated! Something that is easily forgotten in the blur we call life! I apologized and made sure to keep a good attitude! Positivity goes such a long way in this negative world, these guys are AWESOME!!!

Has to be the worst howies around me, order 3cheese bread? Don’t worry. It’ll be on your receipt but they’ll bring you a regular bread, not what you ordered.

I took large pizza Half cheese and half veggie and I told her add all vegetables but no onion also I took 8 wings and 1 20oz soda the cashier said $39,17 which I felt overcharged
When I reviewed the receipt I got charge $7.5 for vegetables on half pizza and already paid $14,99 for large pizza so the total $22,50 for 1 large pizza
Then they charged 0.10 cent for deposit and when I asked the cashier he said this for the cola company !!
When I asked him why the cashier they didn’t tell the customer for extra charge for each veggie and other restaurants they charge flat price for veggie pizza he said this is our restaurant prices.
About the food was less than an average pizza restaurant.

Place sucks! Lady took my order for a delivery.Got all my card information and everything. Said it will be 45 minutes. I ended up calling back 10 mins later because I forgot to order dipping sauce. The man who had then answered the phone told me I never placed an order. Once I asked can I place an order since he couldn’t find the first. He replied yes then hung up in my face! After that I called back twice and no one answered. I wouldn’t even dare support or spend money with this place!!!!

Upon picking up our 2 pizza online order, my husband was verbally shamed for not leaving the employees a tip for making our pizza…and then pressured to do so. This is absolutely unacceptable. If your employees’ hourly pay rate is not sufficient to feel adequately compensated for their work, they need to be speaking with their boss and NOT your customers. The employees didn’t even physically take our order, or deliver it. But still felt entitled to extra money out of MY pocket. That is disgusting and disturbing behavior. We will be taking our business somewhere else from now on.
