Lovely staff but they seemed MISERABLE on thanksgiving. No wonder! Apparently they were open normal hours. There’s absolutely no reason for a Starbucks to be open until 9pm on a holiday. Who ever was in charge of that decision should be ashamed of themselves. Thank you to the staff I got to talk to. They really were amazing. Just wish they could’ve spent the day with family instead of at work.

We just picked up an order for about 6 of us at the office. It was 2 caramel Frappuccino’s a peppermint mocha, and some other’s. Every single one of us complained that our drinks were terrible. The Frapps were not sweet and very watered down, it didn’t even taste like coffee. The other drinks also tasted espresso-less. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but for the amount of money spent at this establishment, I really am just pissed. Like…do better man. Please

I go to this Starbucks every morning. The staff knows me so well now they ask if I am getting my usual! This is the only location that can make my drink correctly. Love my girls! They are absolute rock stars!!!! Keep up the great work!

Finally!! Starbucks has drip decaf coffee. It is very strong but delicious once you put water and cream in it. It is also reasonably priced unlike so many of the Starbucks drinks. This location is spacious and inviting although a bit bright at times. It also has a large outdoor area. I recommend it especially if you are meeting up with friends.

Terrible Customer service! Stood at the register for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever? Drinks are never made correctly, food always cold even when you insist on something double toasted.

I’m never disappointed when I order at this Starbucks. They know how to make a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. Anywhere else I have to ask for more caramel. Good job.. See the picture attached.

This Starbucks is really good! The atmosphere is really good, and I usually go here to order a coffee, get some food, and draw. Big open area and plenty of seating. The staff is really friendly here, too.
