I’m only giving it a 2 star because there’s ONLY ONE COOK who can actually cook good food at my location and I appreciate that employee for doing a good job. But I’ve ordered from here several times and it’s always hit or miss with whoever is preparing the food. I just ordered a spicy orange chicken bowl and that chicken must have barely kissed that skillet before it made it’s way into my bowl, needless to say I’m never eating here again.

So I have been waiting for about 45min now and still going. I was in front of two clients and they got the food first before I did. I only ordered two bowls. Not sure why they are taking soo long? Anyway terrible experience. I do not recommend this place at all. If you want to wait 30-45 min go for it. We do Door dash and just happened to get an order for teriyaki madness and we were hungry so we decided to order ourselves some food as well. It was absolutely amazing the food we have already been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. The manager Kyle was very kind amazing customer service clean and comfortable environment. So this is a re-review. After a friend of mine told me his experience and how good it was, I decided to give it another go. I am glad I did. The food really was good this time around. I had the spicy chicken. Not very spicy but it was tasty. Brown rice and veggies stuffed in a good size bowl. I ordered the regular. Very filling. I ordered my kiddo the Chicken Yakisoba which could feed three people for the same price of my bowl haha. Much better opinion of the place now.

Food is delicious, however, the service could be better. I made an online order and when I got there no one was around. I could hear people talking behind the doors towards the kitchen but no one came out. Before I could call out, someone came in behind me and just hollered at them, then politely turned towards me and said “Service sucks and you’ll be waiting all day if you don’t just tell them how to do their job”. Normally the food is really good but today the Vegetables consisted of uncooked Cabbage and 2 pieces of uncooked Broccoli pure bowl. The entire order was dry and had No flavor. We were very disappointed.
