First time customer. Probably won’t be going back. Ordered the chicken breast teriyaki for pick up. It was ready when I arrived. There was plenty of chicken unfortunately it was badly overcooked and was like chewing on a rubber tire. Also,based on texture, I would bet other parts of the chicken were used. All in all . . . very disappointing!

The food delivery was super quick! We ordered and had our food within 30 minutes. We ordered delivery through DoorDash. The food menu was great, the food itself was alright. Nothing too stellar but definitely hit the spot. Would like to try other menu items and preferably in the restaurant. They do have a bunch of vegetarian options and their spicy mushroom was pretty good. Overall I liked the options they had available and would like to try more later on.

This was my first visit to Teriyaki Island. Frankly, I don’t eat out often due to being on a fixed income, so I prefer to go to places where I know what I’m in for but was in time pinch so I gave it a try. I am so glad I did. I ordered the Chicken Yakisoba ($14.99) and it was amazing. The flavors were incredible but the serving size was insane! According to Stouffer’s Lasagna, I identify as a family of four but I couldn’t finish the Chicken Yakisoba in one sitting. I’ll be back again…and again..

The spicy chicken teriyaki was really good and very spicy! Lots of sauce which is great and overall big portion sizes. I wish it was a little more char broiled but that’s just personal preference. Would certainly come back when in the area.

The meat was bland and tasted like fake mcdonalds hamburger 🙁 was extremely disappointed and not going to return again. The customer service wasn’t that great either. Was more excited to leave then the actual food itself

It was a good experience overall. I would recommend this place for a quick take out. They will have food ready in 10 mins after your order.

Great food, however not fan of eating at a restaurant with take out containers. The rice was great and so was the salad but the chicken didn’t feel like it was properly cooked of was out for too long buy other than that it was great.

Perfectly average mall teriyaki, but a stunningly large portion, served fast. Picture is after I’d eaten several strips! We’ll go back when the requirement is a quick protein reinforcement.

Chicken is cooked wonderfully, juicy to each bite however, flavor is lacking. Spicy chicken teriyaki sauce lacks the normal sweet teriyaki flavor as well as the heat from the spicy order. Almost like it’s watered down, similar to the salad dressing. Katsu once again cooked fantastically, but the katsu sauce is way too sour. Staff is very nice, and friendly and the atmosphere is normal to any other teriyaki location. Good for a meal to fill you up, but flavor wise. There is a lot of opportunity. Ok
