Best Dunkin! The team is EXCELLENT! I intentionally bypass several Dunkin on my way to work. I wish I knew everyone’s name because they are all GREAT. Drive-through team member Hamella (name probably misspelt) is always very welcoming. She really knows her customers. When she hasn’t seen me, she says, “I haven’t seen you in a while.” In a world where good customer service is becoming a thing of the past, this Dunkin’ is keeping old-school customer service alive. Keep up the good work! 🙂

Had a coupon for a free medium hot coffee. Asked if they could put oat milk instead. When I got the drink, it was just a cup of oat milk. They then told me they could not scan the QR code/barcode for the free drink voucher when they could have punched in the code number. They remake my drink and apologize and made it wrong again. Also, I find it super unsanitary to put the receipt in the bag with the doughnut.

I get it. Dunkin never makes the same drink twice depending on location.
But most times I can power through how bad the drink is.
This time I can’t even do that that’s how bad this cookie butter shakin espresso was made.

Ordered a coffee to go. Also visited the facilities. Felt like we needed a shot for safety. One bathroom stall has NO door, the other stall was scary and also needed severe attention. Soap dispenser on wall and hand dryer, but sink was nasty and had note taped to mirror stating sink was broken. I’m uphauled that the health department allows this.

I stopped by this Location To get a banana split, I was asked to go around for my order when I got at the window. I said okay because i understand others might have fewer items that are already ready. When I got to the window my banana split was already melted and the whip aswell. I asked for a simple refund but I couldn’t get one cause the manager wasn’t there I live 40 minutes away and have to drive back JUST to get a refund couldn’t even get store credit. If you don’t have a manager that’s fine but atleast an employee that knows just as much as a manager or can handle situations like this cause the Young “Lady” at the window was extremely Rude & Ignorant. Definitely will be reaching out to corporate because this was ridiculous why is there not a manager in store or an employee trained for situations like this.

Ordered one medium coffee on January 15 and paid with Apple Pay. I was never shown the total, got no receipt, and was charged $7.27. I usually pay under $4 for the same coffee. This is unacceptable and feels like an unauthorized overcharge. Very bad experience.
