Went there today after the gym (LA Fitness) for Happy Hour. The place looked nice and elegant. It wasn’t busy at all. I sat at the bar. There was no one else at the bar. The service was slow. The bartender Fabiana was nice but was a little more worried about chatting with another customer ( maybe a friend ) than to take my order. The food looks good, however I didn’t even get a chance to eat. I just sat there at the bar with no one to help me. I went ahead and grabbed some cash out of my pocket and left it on the counter to cover the drink that I had and walk out. Bad service overall.

My husband and I are from Miami and visited this club, good ambiance and the security staff were Great, but when we went to go get drinks we felt completely ignored by the bartender even when we tried to speak to him over and over. Felt extremely uncomfortable as he kept on spilling alcohol and juice in front of us making the whole table gross. As new people kept on coming he would serve them instead even though we were sitting right in front of him. There was another guy serving drinks and we asked him for service but he declined and signaled to the other guy who did nothing. Ended up leaving and going to Havana Blue in Naples that was a million times more fun and had no problems.

We arrived at midnight with the main doors open and sat at a table. The bar tender informed us that they are/were closed despite patrons inside receiving service, both of the main doors completely open to the outside as well as a sign on the door that listed closing time on Saturdays as 1:30 AM as well as the same closing time listed on Google. Please note the time of this posting as well as the photo that was taken five minutes prior to the time stamp of this review.

Will never get used to Florida’s version of Mexican food. The restaurant is super clean and they have good service but people can’t cook Mexican food in this state. They put fry seasoning salt on the fort is chips, it did taste good though
