I had a great experience at Teddy Jack’s Hub City Grill. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service truly stood out. The manager, Brian, is fantastic. He is attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about both the guests and the overall experience. You can tell he sets a high standard for his team, and it shows in every detail. This is a place that consistently delivers great food and outstanding service, and I will absolutely be returning.

Teddy Jack’s had a neat atmosphere and had something for everyone on the menu. Little Flip Out had a burger with a gluten free bun. Littlest Flip Out shared supper with Mrs. Flip Out and they both liked the fish, shrimp, and chips dinner. I ordered a small salad and the Italian Meat Lover’s pizza and it was really good. The salad was very fresh. A nice restaurant that could accommodate a group of any size.

We had a great time last night here. We sat at the back bar and Thomas was our server. He was wonderful, he gave us great recommendations for appetizers.. our cheese sticks were perfect, made us a stellar top shelf margarita, and a cute little holiday drink. It was awesome. Highly recommend coming here and sitting in Thomas section. Will definitely be back.

The service was great. Our waitress was very kind. We were seated pretty much right away and we had a party of seven. I even got a free piece cake for my birthday. The manager even came by and checked on us. This was out first experience and I was impressed. I would go back again.

Chicken fried steak was very good, potatoes were tasteless, gravy was good and onion rings were excellent. The corn my husband had was okay. Service was excellent as waitress brought the gravy to us that the kitchen had forgotten. Iced tea was very good. So, overall, the food was acceptable but nothing special.

Updated Review….. Returned on 9.7.2025 and received Outstanding service from Mckenzie!! The Avocado Chicken Cobb Salad was Spectacular!! Perhaps there was a Management change in the 2 years since I last ate here. Definitely will come back! BRAVO and KUDOS to Mckenzie!!….. Original Review from 2023..To be fair, the food is very good. However, the portions don’t seem to equal or exceed the price. The entree salad I had came in a huge bowl, but didn’t seem to have enough food in it. The peach cobbler was good, but also was lean on substance to it. Maybe I came in on an off day for the kitchen staff, but other meals at tables around me were much larger potions. I’ll try this place again in a few months and update the review accordingly.

The service was mediocre. The waitress kept disappearing and we ran out of drink and had to ask but there weren’t but 2 or 3 tables of people. The kitchen forgot to put in the mushrooms so they came out after our regular food but they comped the price so that was nice. By far the best fried mushrooms I’ve ever had. My son loved the kids tenders and my husband loved the chicken fried steak and potatoes. The wings were pretty big and had a great buffalo flavor. I’d like to come back when there’s more of a crowd. Maybe the atmosphere would be better with other people enjoying the food too instead of us just watching waiters stand around in the kitchen area on their phones or the bar tender on her phone. It was kinda depressing. So I’ll try to come back when other customers are there to get a better feeling of the atmosphere.

Service was great! Food not so good, the portions we’re significant but as far as taste goes, really bland. Not to mention if your going to charge $40 for a pitcher of Alcohol maybe add some actual liquor not just a boat load of sweet n sour.

Had a great time! We came in with a large group last minute and they were able to seat us without much or a wait. Very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Tristan did a wonderful job handling our table of 10. Drinks came in timely manner, food was fresh and came out quick.
Tried new items from the menu and was pleasantly surprised. The flavors were on point.
There was also a band which made conversation tough but it was great time all in all.
