Probably the best Red Lobster location around the area- definitely better than Wyomissing. Unlike Wyo, our food acrually comes out quick and right. Everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Jasmine, our waitress, was very friendly and helpful!

i loves the mariners seafood boil i got I’m craving it ALL the time now. also this mistletoe drink was super good. rosalia was our server and she was amazing, I’m usually very nervous ordering from restaurants but i was completely at ease. also the cheddar bay biscuits were SO good i definitely recommend

We had a delightful lunch. Jordan our waitress was amazing how she covered all of the tables and the bar. The fish and chips was spot on. My wife’s parmesian encrusted chicken was mouth watering. The bacon mac & cheese was comfort food. Even the side of broccoli was perfectly cooked and seasoned. It was not busy so we basically had the place to ourselves. It was peaceful. We will definitely be returning.

Since the new CEO took over my wife and I visited the Lancaster Red Lobster. Hear me out. We were greeted by a gentleman with a spiked neck collar that might not be appropriate unless you are in a nightclub. However, he did hustle and seemed to take pride in his work. Ordered Margaritas but the bartender was also waiting tables so it took 15 minutes to get them. Our food was good not great. I had surf and turf (filet/lobster) and she had filet. Sides were good but was told out of coleslaw and thousand Island dressing so salad was out. If I was managing I would have run out to Costco across the street for it, makes sense for a seafood/steak place. Asked about senior discount and they discontinued that also but not a big deal. We probably won’t be back but glad we tried it.

No wonder they’re a dying breed. The things that did look good on the menu were way overpriced. I downloaded their app to see if I can get some sort of deal but no, not even on the app. It’s just a point system waste of my time because I don’t plan on coming back. My son’s mahi tasted like it went bad. It was the sauce that it was in. I got the shrimp carbonara. I got a total about a dozen salad shrimp on it. And it was $20. It was just all pasta. Looked like I had two grape tomatoes cut up for color and the shrimp. The sauce is very bland. My son likes his broccoli… But it’s broccoli. Other than that, we were very unimpressed. I’m not gonna be going back. I remember red lobster used to be awesome. It’s just not anymore.

It had been more than 15 years since my wife and I visit red lobster. We stopped going because the food was abysmal and the service poor. After seeing the new commercial from the new CEO, we decided to give it another try. This was her first time and my third time. I can stay unequivocally that things have dramatically improved. The service was excellent, and the food quality was dramatically better than that served in the past. The portions did seem a bit smaller, but the presentation was nice. Glad they brought back the hush puppies and of course the cheddar Bay biscuits were to die for. If you haven’t been there in awhile, give them another chance!

There are very few Red Lobsters in the area, so we like to occasionally stop here to enjoy some seafood (and of course the complimentary Cheddar Bay Biscuits!).

D and I like to sit at the bar when we go out to eat not because we’re big drinkers (ok well I am ) but because we expect the service to be better. Yen was awesome and exceeded our expectations. She was kind considerate prompt and made the experience better with special touches you’ll just have to experience for yourself. Winter was the manager and made sure we were happy. Thanks to red lobster crew here in Lincoln highway!!

I visited here for dinner today. I was not disappointed at all! My server was friendly and attentive. Food was delivered quickly and it was very good! I got the shrimp trio for $15.99 (weekday price) and I enjoyed it!! I will definitely return here when I’m visiting PA again.

We came on Valentine’s Day & although the wait was long because all of the reservations, the hostesses Mae Mae, Zaniya, and Masey were amazing and offered everyone biscuits and water while we waited. Great job management, hostesses, and servers… very hospitable and did what y’all could with all the people that were there! And our server Aaliyah was super down to earth and caring towards us. Thank you Red Lobster!
