My experience today has caused me to not shop here anymore. I buy fish here every weekend and get them cleaned the same way. This weekend instead of my fish being clean with head off and split. The guys decide to butterfly my fish. I returned to the store requesting for the problem to be resolved and I get disrespected and talked down to. The owner’s son replaced my fish with smaller fish and told me he was doing me a favor. People make mistakes, but being honorable about how you handle a situation goes along way. I gave you one star only so that this would be posted. I have been coming here a long time and today will be my last time coming because of how I was treated. God Bless!

Grabbed some Lobsters and crablegs. The guy at the counter was nice and service was fast, but the lobsters (3lbs each) weren’t tasty at all. We had them kill, and steamed at home right away. They simply had the worst flavor we’ve ever had in Lobster. We cooked for 16 min as instructed. Had drawn butter and lemon. They were fairly chewed, but moreover they were just not sweet or flavorful. But a weird flavor. 🙁 Dissapointed after spending so much to have them be inedible. 1st and last time we go there.

The quality of the seafood is concerning to say the least. My previous review was a 4 star. We will no longer be purchasing from them. Sidebar..they aren’t as friendly as they once were either. I would not recommend them all!
