Family owned and operated since 1924, we specialize in gourmet sausages and snack items. Try our famous Trailbuster , a soft and sweet beef strip in many flavors. We hickory smoke Hams, Polish Sausages, Land Jaeger and Pepperoni sticks and just about 100 more. We also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week. Local beer on tap and local wine selection as well as pickles and olives and many other fine foods.

We have been going to Taylor’s for 20+years And absolutely love their meat selection and their cooked food. Our favorites are the country fair sausage and bulk sausage from the meat case. From the kitchen our favorite is the Hot ham sandwich with fries. They have great burgers also! The deli Sandwiches have a huge amount of meat and veggies they are wonderful. Our out of state Italian family always must get italian sausage when they are in town also!

Cinnamon roll was to die for. My kid had an egg sandwich and ate the entire thing! The English muffin was spectacular! The man had biscuits and gravy. The biscuit was huge and fluffy. The gravy was well balanced! Not too greasy. I’d give them 6 stars!

If you’ve never had Taylor’s Sausage, you’re not living!! They have a wide range of meats and flavors available along side a very nice restaurant!! I have never found a better jerky yet and every time I’m heading through Cave Junction, I make a point to stop and stock up for at home. They even have alligator jerky!!

Hubby and I stopped here on our trip to Oregon from Crescent City/Redwood Nat’l Park. They offer variety of jerks and meat. They also have a deli that serves sausages, burgers, sandwiches and other hot meals. We tried their Hungarian sausage and it was not bad, wish it was a little bit juicier but the swiss burger was awesome. A must visit!
