Pretty standard local dive bar, but the food was pretty good and decent value. Convenient if you stay at the RV park on site.

Recent stop in for lunch with several friends. We were staying across the snake river at the Alpine Valley RV resort. Lots of parking, somewhat rustic appearance inside and out, but not rundown, just excellent atmosphere and decor. Food was better than average for a place like this. Try the fried pickles ! wonderful. Nice, but small selection of local craft beers on tap. Great place to spend some time winding down. Staff was exceptional and friendly. Would return.

Stopped in here in November 2020, staying in Alpine for one night. Only ordered a bourbon while I was there and the bartender was friendly and helpful since the kitchen was closed and advised me where I could get something to eat since most of the restaurants were closed by the time I arrived.
Cool atmosphere, with darts, pool table, slot machines and a jukebox.

I absolutely love the food, but the intoxicated wait staff after 7 P.M. makes it less enjoyable.
Atmosphere isn’t terrible, but could use an update.
I wish your food wasn’t so good or I probably wouldn’t come back.

I was almost afraid to order because it does look like a hole in the wall dive bar. But one thing I’ve learned from all my travels- dont judge a book by its cover! Some of THE best food has often been in hole in the walls or food trucks. And this place is no exception. I ordered the Bacon Black n Blue burger- one of the best burgers ever. And I’m typically not a burger person. The sweet potato fries and regular fries were delicious w/great flavor. Atmosphere like a local pub- so you get the local vibe. A plus for us since it’s not a sanitized one size fits all. Daughter ordered the Philly cheesecake and enjoyed that, too. Would definitely come back! PS- food came out fast and servers accommodating to special requests.

At the time it was really lively and quite friendly, it was on a Saturday afternoon and a raffle was on. Food looked good and there was a beer special at $2 for a sleeve. They are conveniently located to next an RV park and are situated in the heart of Alpine.

I always stop here when I’m in Alpine. It’s a local bar and grille, nothing fancy. Beers on tap, good food with specials like a meatball sub. Reasonable prices. Worth a stop.

Best burgers, best onion rings, best fries, best Mac n cheese, best chicken strips of anywhere we’ve been on our three week trip… Unbelievably good food!!!! What a discovery! We are super glad we found ourselves here. Don’t miss out!

Slow to start, but by golly once you get Mike to get your order you are gonna be in for treat! The food was great. The philly weighs about half the size of your first born. The burgers are a close second. Get your people watchin glasses on, and come on by for a show. The people here are as real as it gets. Hell yeah.

Seems like mostly locals frequent this establishment. Saloon atmosphere. So glad they did not allow smoking indoors. Took almost an hour to get our shrimp and wrap, so if in a hurry would not suggest to go. Perhaps the kitchen was short staffed? One waitress was running her buns off trying to take care of patrons. Was very busy when we went around 6:30
