Tonight I was there as a food delivery driver, but I have eaten there in the past, it is really good! The place is very clean (I see many places… Some not so good! Read your local food inspections each week… Trust me). Anyhow, I saw hard working staff, and the person that handed me the order was very friendly! Also, really neat tattoos! It is a great place to go!

Two out of three pizzas were made wrong. Called and asked to exchange them for a correct order and the manager was not having it. She was very rude and unprofessional. They ended up remaking them, but with so much sauce, it was dripping out of the box, with toppings and cheese sliding off. We typically order pizza twice a month, but we will no longer order from Papa John’s. Management is trash

The trick is ordering the pizza well done. Pizza looks perfect and tasted great. I love the new cup pepperoni it let’s you get a lot more pepperoni for a pepperoni freak like me. I noticed their prices have gone up quite a bit. We ordered 3 each of the parmesan, red pepper, and special seasoning and just got a ton of parmesan. And they didn’t add one of the extra garlic sauces we order. Pizza was delivered fast and still hot when it arrived

Ordered pizza for 5:30, but the website sent it through as a “live order” so it will be ready in ten minutes – and while I applaud how quickly they respond, calling immediately was not quick enough when the website screwed up the time. Why ask for when I wanted to pick it up when it reverted to immediately?? Screwy website, maybe i will just not use the online ordering system after this.

Called to tell them that our pizzas were messed up after spending $85 and was then cussed out and hung up on by the managers. One pizza only had toppings on one half the pizza. The other pizza was supposed to be extra cheese and mushrooms. Very bad quality and even worse customer service. We have ordered here many times and never had a problem. But tonight was enough to turn us away from here all together. From now on we will order Pizza Hut. Such a shame.
