The cashier was very nice and was good at recommending items on there menu. My friend got some king of coffee shake and she said it was very good. I got the strawberry cheesecake shake and I loved it. The burgers and fries was good also.

I recently visited this restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to the customer service. After receiving my food, I asked the young man at the register for some sauce, and he was very polite and professional. He then asked Kylie, who was working in the back. She looked up at me and rolled her eyes. Before that, I had actually smiled at her, so I was caught off guard by the sudden attitude.
After making the sauce, she slung it into the window with a nasty demeanor that felt very unprofessional and rude. It made the interaction uncomfortable and unnecessary.
Because of her behavior, I did not enjoy my experience. Customer service plays a huge role in dining out, and while the young man was respectful and courteous, the service on her behalf was terrible. I truly hope management addresses this, as no customer should feel disrespected when simply ordering food with their family.

Went there Sunday night (1/24) with my husband for our first time, and we had a great experience. A very kind young lady with braids i believe her name was Payton, helped us choose what to order and made the best milkshakes we’ve had in a while. She was super patient, friendly, and really knew the menu. We also noticed that when her coworker got busy up front, she jumped right in to help without hesitation. You can tell she’s a hard worker. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Terrible. We decided to try this place today on our way back from Jacksonville to Brunswick. First off, it’s so expensive, $60 for 2 quarter pound burgers, 2 fries, 2 – 2 oz kids burgers meals, 2 shakes and a cookie. Secondly, we waited over 25 minutes for at best sub-par burger and fries. Literally nothing special about their burgers, no seasoning, nothing. The fries were soggy and just nasty. We decided to eat there but the kids meals were to go, they said they were keeping them up front until we were ready…. well one was supposed to have fries and the other tater tots… was not the case, was not ready, waited another 10 minutes. It was absolutely absurd between service and bad experience with their food. I never leave 1 star review, but this was the WORST experience in minimally several years that I’ve had. I do feel like the girls up front were working hard to take all the orders and make the shakes… one star for the chocolate shakes, they were good! I wish I had a better review to leave but absolutely cannot after today’s experience. I recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.

This place is extremely slow right now, not busy at all! I ordered the Carolina burger with no Cole slaw and tater tots. I received a wonderful helping of coleslaw and I received fries instead of tots. Is it that hard??

While we didn’t get a chance to try their shakes, they seemed to be a hit with other patrons—many people were enjoying them, which speaks volumes about their quality.
The prices are fair for what you get, making it a great value. The building is clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. Plus, the location is super convenient, making it easy to stop by whether you’re a local or just passing through.

OMG! Culver’s this place is so much better. It’s more expensive but the food is better here. We’re on our way to NC from FL, we wanted a burger. I looked on google maps, read the reviews and they were so right! The employees are so friendly and helpful. I asked for a small bowl if they had one for my little puppy and she gave me a pie tin which they serve the food in. Needless to say he only took a couple of sips so the tin was hardly used and they do use a dishwasher to sanitize in case someone reading this says Ewwwww.

OMG! Who knew caramel on sweet potato fries would be so delicious…and greedy!!! I had to try them in the restaurant and sweet baby! I didn’t want to leave!
My sister wanted a burger so we got it and I tried the sweet potato fries… needless to say, I’ll be hitting them up this week for another fix of those hot fresh fries..the young ladies were super nice and recommended I get the caramel sauce and cinnamon so it was definitely a great recommendation.
