They were not tacos, they were works of art. The shell: warm and toasted, but not hard and falling apart. The insides: cooked and moist, cheese beautifully melted, vegetables crunchy but with give. The stall: tiny, they only use as much space as they need to create these tacos. The taco juice: drank. The person manning the stand: exceptionally polite and exuded taco-expertise.

Alright alright alright listen to me, I need y’all to understand something about these tacos. I’m fully convinced two Angels came down from Heaven were specifically designated just to bless us with some of the most delicious Mexican cuisine we have ever been given. The magic that comes pouring out of there stand can not be compared to anything else coming out of Jersey. I’m willing to place actual bets if anyone wants to try to argue this with me.
