The website is not updated! We went there at 11am no food prepared, no dine in and the waitress said the food will be available at 1pm. We drove from San Jose just to try this place but it’s so disappointing! We wasted our time, gas, and effort to nothing. Their website is so misleading! They should put that dine in is not available, and they should put the real and updated picture of their place right now! Looks so chaos and unsanitary! I will never recommend this place to anybody. Also Zero STAR for customer service!

Good tasting Filipinno foods in a fairly small eating area. Buffet style breakfast guaranteed to have you full and content before your leave. Decent prices. Decent food. Great place for catering parties, gatherings or special events. I’ve seen and tasted the most delicious Lechons from Tastebuds! Highly recommended. Salamat.

Love this Filipino restaurant. Dishes are almost as good as home cooked meals. We came for crispy tadyang and unfortunately they don’t have it that day. The rest of the dishes were tasty and good!!

Too expensive for the portions. The food is meh. Location is great, but parking is scarce. Lechon, sure, but that’s pretty much all they offer that’s not widely available.

I want to give 5 stars but something threw me off about this restaurant. First of all the food was tasty. The disappointing part was the waitress was not attentive to me and my guest throughout the stay. It was only at her convenience. We waited 12min till we flagged her down. It was not crowded at all. I felt that we was neglected because we are not Filipino. Customer service makes a big impact of the experience. I am willing to try again at a later time. To see if it’s a one time experience.

As a Filipino, I have high expectations when it comes to Filipino food so this plays a lot with the disappointment that I felt upon my dining experiences in this restaurant. The Lumpia Shanghai that we ordered both times was not good. We also tried their weekend buffet and I thought most of the food were just blah. The only thing I enjoyed was the fried tuyo (no one can mess up tuyo) and the garlic rice. The lechon was tasty so that’s one star plus another star for the service which wasn’t bad (wasn’t that great either). Compared to Patio Filipino which is their sister restaurant, I think tastebuds have a long ways to go in terms of flavor and service.

Left my Taste buds and my wallet feeling bad!!! Not good food anymore and prices are very very Expensive!!! The Calderetta I ordered seemed like leftovers. The meat was shredded, like it was reheated and boiled over and over and over… No chunks of meat just shreds…This place got bad!!!. They shouldn’t take their clientele for granted and think they’re so good that we’ll always return- especially when there are PLENTY of GOOD and less expensive Filipino restaurants very close by!!! The garlic fried rice was was hard, not tender. Kind of like when you garlic fry your 2 day old rice from your fridge at home. You can tell it’s old rice, not fresh, hard…. The pork adobo was greasy. Did I say greasy? Man! It was Greasy!!! You could literally see the 1/4″ thick layer of fatty oil on the sauce..They use to skim most of the fat off before, not anymore… I just ate the pork the sauce was just way too greasy to put on my rice. It’s really too bad because this place was good before but it isn’t anymore. Even the Shanghai lumpias we’re bad! Warm and soggy. Not hot and crispy. Have you ever eaten day old lumpias that you warmed in the microwave? Yup, that’s what these were like, leftovers….Haven’t been back since..At their expensive prices why take a chance with them when I can go somewhere else close by for a fresher, better and cheaper Filipino meal…..Clean up your act Tastebuds or you’ll be a thing of the past and you won’t be missed…You’ll be replaced by a Chinese restaurant that serves better food than you.. You have A LOT of good competition in your area. 2 are just down the block on San Mateo Ave…Yup, I go to them now and I’m always satisfied everytime I do!!

The lechon is great thats why this place is still alive but men the service is terrible. They are so slow. Even if you order to go and call them ahead if time. And they always make mistake like if its pancit bihon, they will give you canton Instead I dont know Who’s responsible for these mess if its the cook or the server but definitely they should fix this problem because this place used to be a good option to dine.
