This place used to be good. I ordered takeout here Friday everything tasted old and like it had been warmed in a microwave. My general tso chicken was stringy and tough like chewing on shoe leather. The crab rangoons were so overcooked and burnt they had no filling left inside. The rice was really old tasting like it had been sitting around for a week. My husband’s food looked like was taken off of somebody’s plate and re-used. Now I know why I saw nobody else coming to pickup food here! Very disappointing considering they used to serve half way decent food here. This is the second time (in probably 6 months) we ordered food here and threw it away because it was too gross to eat. Also what looks like a baby roach in the food container.

The food is excellent, tere is always more than you can eat in one sitting. The owner; who takes your order has an outstanding people person personally and great customers service skill. Pricing is very comparably for the meal you receive. I would rate Taste of China 10 ! If you are local you have to try them!

Best Chinese food in Rhode island…was on main Street East Greenwich for many years until moving to it’s Exeter location. It’s kinda out of the way and off the beaten path but totally worth the drive. Every time I’m back in town I stop here. If you don’t know what to get start with the D1 and pork lomain.

Placed my ordered to go at 930 when they close at 10. Walked in to pickup the food and the restaurant was completely empty (I know I was THAT guy).
That being said, the quality of food they prepared for me, being that I was the last order of their night, was outstanding. Super hot and a quality product. I would eat there again, if not regularly.

If there was a half a star option that’s what I would rate it. Crab Rangoons dry with mostly air, and rice tasteless. First time ordering here and last, was very disappointed.

My favorite Chinese place. I’ve been eating at this restaurant since I was a little girl. They used to be located a couple minutes from my house. They’re so good that I drive a town over to their new location. Their general tso chicken is perfect.
