Great little hamburger spot. We visited after a day at some markets in the area and came very hungry! Patti was our waitress and she was fantastic. My husband decided on the jalapeño popper burger with onion rings which he devoured and I got a regular cheeseburger with their homemade fries. My kids loved their chicken nuggets and fries and the beer selection was nice too. My husband loved the Saint Arnold’s Oktoberfest! Jukebox was playing some bangers and the bathrooms were clean.

Warm welcoming entering the establishment. Spacious seating area. We sat at the bar. The bartender was quick with the specials and drinks. We ordered the special today which was taco Tuesday (shrimp tacos), wings, and the Greek fries. We washed it down with the house special margarita and a couple beers. I would come back again and again to enjoy the rest of the menu.

This is a good burger spot! Food is reasonably priced and the burgers are huge. This is a classic greasy burger sports bar. Don’t sleep on the fries as they are just as good as the burgers! They have a full bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Once a week they have karaoke night too!

Prices are what you expect from a locally owned independent place…. Way better than Hopdoddy or burgers from Big Horn which are average at their best.

I always pass this place when I head to the plant nursery in Santa Fe. Today my mom, son, and I stopped for lunch. The waitress was nice. They shared the catfish and fries and I had the jalapeno popper burger with bacon cheese fries. The food was good and my son did ask to go back another time. The place was clean and had a nice atmosphere. It’s a little pricey, but worth it if you want a good burger.

It was okay for a hamburger and beer. Some of the tables inside don’t have a back so if they get busy you might get stuck sitting on a stool. The burger was pretty big and the fries are extra. The catfish meal was enough to split for two people because it had two fillets.

Went to try out the new hubcap on the 2nd day of the soft opening. First off, the place looks awesome. There’s a bar inside, plenty of space for groups and a large shaded outdoor area with TVs and music. I ordered just a regular cheese burger with fries. It takes a lot to be impressed with a cheese burger because that item is on just about any menu, but this was a stand out. It was seasoned well, perfect cooked, juicy and handcrafted. I was happily surprised by the size of burger and the price I paid. Fries were also seasoned and crispy. I can’t wait to try some of the specialty burgers! This is a great new addition to the Santa Fe community. 10/10 do recommend

We got the Hubcap Decker, the Cheesesteak Burger, and the Sticky Burger. Along with the cheddar bacon fries and Greek fries. The best burger of the three was the Philly by far, they were all good but nothing spectacular. I’ll be back to try some of their other burgers as well, but I don’t see it being a place I will be craving to go to.
Staff was very friendly, it’s set up more like a fast food restaurant with no waitstaff, just food runners.

So I had the hatch chilli burger and the Texas fries.
The burger was not bad. To be honest it needs seasoning to the meat. Salt pepper at least. Also if your paying this much for a burger the patty should be thicker. I did like the burger but it was just missing the seasoning. Now for the Texas fries I didn’t really like the chili on it. Taste strange to me. The staff was very pleasant and the place was nice and clean. I would come back. Maybe I need to recommend some spice to the meat.
