I can recommend this place if you are looking for moms/dumplings. I ordered to go from this place of steamed chicken dumplings. Taste was good, I have had better at other locations. Definitely their momos looked more appetizing.
I would be back to try something else form their menu. Staff were nice. The location is good with plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. It can be little noisy indoors. Limited

She served both vegan and non vegan options.
She is an amazing lady who is very health conscious and knows Ayurvedic modalities. She hand makes all of her recipes which were passed down from her mother.
You won’t be disappointed if you stop in and try this flavorful, amazing hand-crafted food. And if she isn’t busy, you will probably have an awesome conversation with the owner as well.

I’ve been to Taste De Everest about 4 times now, simply because #4 (The Chicken Meatballs) were AMAZING.
The beautiful Ms. Yashna hand-makes each meatball, and let me tell you, they are so tasty!
I always ask for maximum spice and the excellent flavor of the spices are paired with the delicious meat. There’s a kick to be sure, but the important part is that the flavors are all complimentary to each other.
I am glad to have gone here, she is very kind and her food is good for our bodies and souls.

I had an amazing experience at Taste De Everest! Their momo has a genuine and authentic Nepali taste that brings back memories of home. I have been back multiple times over the past couple of weeks! Jhol momo is must a must try. The owners are incredibly kind and friendly, even letting you sample their food before buying it, so you know exactly what you’re getting. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic Nepali momo!

I have to say, this is hands down the best food cart in the area and I’ve tried quite a few. The dumplings were incredibly fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. Yashna is so friendly and welcoming and her enthusiasm for sharing food from her home is so pleasant and cheerful! Everything I’ve tried here is fresh and delicious. Taste De Everest is located in Hillsboro Downtown Station, which has lots of other options for drinks and desserts, as well as very comfortable indoor seating with tvs, board games and music.

The momos were excellent, and combined with the aromatic sauce, it was wonderful! The probiotic drink was good and not as thick as I was expecting, which was nice on a hot day. Definitely restaurant quality stuff.
The reason I gave it three stars though was the timing of it all. I put in a phone order, mentioned I was driving over now. I was told it would be 15 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later and still had to wait another 15 minutes. No line at all.
Because of this, I was late to a meeting. Please figure out the timing or don’t lie to your customers please .
