I want take a moment and let everyone know about the timings. Their timings are : ALL WEEK 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
If you are Craving for a Fresh, Hot Krispy and Krunchy chicken just stop by and get it done . Crispy and fresh chicken fried for you with customized meals along with your live for biscuits, wedges , Rice , Jambalaya , Beans with gravy what not you can get wide variety of Choices.
The timings on google are byfar got out because of the location coordinating with the Gas station. They are about to Fix it soon.

Ignore the 1 star reviews, they were misinformed regarding the hours and their reviews have NOTHING to do with the food. The chicken is delicious, juicy, and yes, krunchy. Sides are great, friendly counter service, and the prices are much better than KFC or Popeyes and the food is far superior!

Tenders were good, biscut was phenomenal, mac and cheese was terrible. I hate wasting food and I threw it away. Idk what happened to it or if it was just a fluke, but it was incredibly sour. Not just “ew sour I don’t like it” but “this is the worst mac and cheese I’ve ever tasted. I don’t think this is safe for consumption.” Hopefully nobody else will come across this too. I feel bad leaving a low review for just the mac and cheese but it threw the vibes off. 2/5 stars.

I was thrilled when I learned that Krispy Krunch had opened a location in the Madison area. After eagerly anticipating my visit, I arrived around 9:45 PM, only to discover to my dismay that the restaurant was closed. Both Google and their official website clearly state that the location is open until 10 PM, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. This experience has certainly marred my first impression of the place. I had driven 25 long minutes, excited to indulge in their offerings, only to find that I wasted my time. I also attempted to call ahead to confirm the hours before making the trip, but unfortunately, the phone line was not working. I urge you to update your business hours to avoid any future confusion, as this feels like false advertising.

Apparently they close at 8, but they have it as if they’re closed at 10, make it make sense, if you don’t close at the mentioned hours then put it on the window or something
