I had a pick up order on 2/25. My total was $53.51, they had everything I had ordered except for the dozen tamales which they called me about and apologized for the inconvenience and said they’d give me a refund. I said it was fine. When I went to pick up my order the person at the counter said they’d messed up my refund and said they accidentally refunded me the incorrect amount so they asked if I could pay again at the counter the $24.94. I paid. It’s not 2/27 and two charges were posted to my bank account one for the $24.94 and an additional $29.44 so I never received the refund for the food they were out of that I never received. I called this morning and the person at the counter said they’d resolve this mistake and refund me the $24.94 but they haven’t. I’m posting this to hold them accountable because I want my refund. As for the food, the red chilaquiles were good as well as their cafe de olla and corn in a cup. Their birria tacos were flavorless and their refried beans and potato’s were gross.
Edit: it’s 2/28 and I just received my refund, thank you! Their customer service turned out to be great!
