I had a really challenging last few days so I had to come get some ice cream. It seems like an addition and a drug for me. I may need to evaluate whether or not I need to be buying it. But, neither here or there, I went to Bruster’s in 36° weather and stood in line waiting to get me some GramCentral Station ice cream. It was worth the wait, the cold, and the 10 to 15 minute drive.
Both Mendy and Maria were amazing and had great customer service skills. I used to come here a lot until life got busy, but it’s good to be back! They have some of the best ice cream and I am here for it!
So Mendy and Maria, if you all see this message, please know that you are appreciated for your great customer service skills and I personally appreciate such great and quality ice cream. I have my fix now and so I’m happy. I’m brushing off the day’s challenge and going to be happy. Forget the last few days and it’s challenges! I’m okay now.

Went to Bruster’s for an afternoon sweet treat. The almond coconut chocolate ice cream on a waffle cone was yum. The vanilla had some kind of a flavor and smell that didn’t quite appeal to my tastebud. My second order had a scoop of coffee and butter pecan on a waffle bowl. Coffee flavor The Best. Absolutely yum. Outside seating arrangement under the shining sun enjoying the dessert was the best part. Don’t forget the app sign up bonus of $3. Have fun!

The ice cream is pretty good. Creamy, thick milkshakes. The waffle cones are delicious! The service is excellent! We had to wait a while to get our order but the guy who took our order was so super friendly and made the experience even better. Not the best ice cream I’ve had, but would definitely go back.

I placed an online order and the confirmation message said that when I arrived, I should go to the right window. I followed the instructions, but I waited for a long time and none of the employees acknowledged me. I even went to all the windows, and no one helped me. In the end, I had to stand in line as if I were ordering in person, waiting more than 30 minutes for something I had already paid for online. The experience was very frustrating, and they definitely need to improve their organization and customer service.

Great ice cream spot! To be honest it is a bit pricey…we spent over $30 for a family of 4. It is cheaper to go buy a tub of ice cream at Kroger but the Ice cream was delicious! It’s good to splurge once in a while. Perfect spot to go on a hot summer day! Cute place! Many ice cream flavors and toppings.

I will not be returning to this location. I paid $4.39 for one scoop of ice cream to only see the bottom of the cup?! I have been to this location several times and never have I received a nearly empty cup ice cream . I could have added a dollar and got a whole tub of Mayfield from the grocery store. I am very upset. Plus on top of that.. seeing others who paid after me get their purchases. I finally walked up to the window to find out what’s on for the worker to hand me a bag that was sitting on the counter. So the workers see a bag just sitting there and no one seek to find who it belong too? I am very upset and I will not be returning!

The customer service is crazy, this lady literally had someone at the window for over 15 minutes, laughing talking, while others waited in 40 degree weather.. Didn’t even acknowledge me at all, or a sorry for the wait..They talked About the driver not getting a cone to who was going to be driving..I was there to get a pie and a cake for a birthday party…They are friendlier at the Busby location..way out of my way, but it is what it is..
