This was my first time coming here, and everything was really good! We got the cheesy garlic bread it was delicious, and the marinara had a nice hint of sweetness without being too acidic, it was so good. The pizzas were fresh and super tasty, and the ranch was clearly homemade. The Alfredo didn’t have much flavor, but overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

My boyfriend and I decided to stop here for lunch a week ago since we wanted to try something new and had never been here before. We genuinely had such a good experience, the food was phenomenal and our server was so sweet! After we ate the owner came to introduce himself to us and gave us a free dessert since it was our first time there. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you want amazing Italian food you need to try Bellacino’s!!

I wasn’t going to leave a review but you guys decided to call my boyfriend a liar when he left a review so…
We had a terrible experience. We waited half an hour for food that came out lukewarm and undercooked. We told our server and a manager came out and said he’d take it off. I asked our server for a check and told her I’d be happy to pay for the side salads we both ordered (even though they were bad too) because I still wanted to tip her. She brought the check and the manager only took one of the pastas off. They were both fettuccine you clearly cooked them together, but only one of them was bad? Sure. When we said something again to the server the manager wouldn’t even come out to talk to us. He just sent our server back out. They absolutely did not offer something else or a dessert like you said they did in your response to my partners review. We weren’t going to stay and wait for a remake because the initial order already took half an hour. I’m personally not waiting an hour for bad pasta. The manager comped one of our pastas. We each took 3 bites and left without taking it home because it was disgusting. We obviously weren’t trying to just get a free meal. It’s wild for you to come on here and say that your manager tried to make it right. He absolutely did not. He wouldn’t even come talk to us. As a manager in a food service position myself, it was ridiculous.

Tonight my experience at Bellacino’s was not pleasant. I ordered the Chicken Piccata and subbed the chicken for shrimp, I also ordered a side Cesar salad. The salad was over seasoned, the lettuce was not fresh, and way to much pepper and dressing was used. After that I proceeded to wait 20 minutes to get a very disappointing serving size for the price on the pasta. The food was served luke warm and undercooked pasta with dry seasoning instead of fresh parsley. I also found whole cuts of lemon not used as a garnish but buried in my pasta. An addition to that my girlfriend ordered a fettuccine pasta and it was the same quality. I requested my server and told her everything that was wrong and she got the manager and they only comped one meal. Even though we hardly touched either plate. Needless to say save your money don’t eat at Bellacino’s on Glenstone.

First time patron…I was impressed…probably the best French dip I’ve ever had…service was excellent and atmosphere was great, relaxing.
I hope I can convince the owners to stop putting the red and white checked paper on the plate under the food…it just gets soggy and messy and just is not necessary
Would I go back….?…oh yeah because their pizza looked amazing.

I was actually going to another place but it was closed so I decided to come here instead and I’m glad I did. The homemade ranch was delicious and the grinders we’re out of this world. The atmosphere and staff we’re very cozy and nice. I took my family but it’s somewhere you can eat by yourself. Everything was great and I’m definitely coming back.

The most succulent French dip I’ve had! The beef was fall apart tender with immersed in au jus – didn’t even need to dip it, and don’t get me started on the homemade bread and crusts! Crisp and flavorful- food was served promptly and our waitress was fun and helpful with choices and specials.
