If you want a torta “aguada” soggy this is the place to go, Ordered 2 tortas one chicken and one steak. Tell me why the thing is falling apart at each attempt of bitting and enjoying my food and I won’t even talk about the non customer service I received. What happened to this place? Just stumbled on this and I’m so glad we did!! Carla greeted us warmly and answered our questions happily. I tried the red chilequiles and they were the best Ive ever had. My sister got the enchiladas and said they were very good. Katherine is from Venezuela and has wonderful recipes such as the chilequile sauce. We will definitely return to try out more dishes here. Great food and good music.

My family loves this restaurant we come here every Tuesday. The food is delicious but the customer service is horrible. There is one cashier (tall and skinny) she is so rude no customer service skills at all. She gets mad every time we ask for the green avocado salsa. She lies and says that they are out when we can see the packets in the refrigerator. We even offered to pay for them and she says she doesn’t have any. She just makes us feel so unwanted. Not going back ever again. If she keeps being so rude. They are going to loose a lot of customers.

I went to pick up a DoorDash order and the employee preparing it was the only one that made eye contact with me and smiled. The one at front didn’t even greet me or anything. I worked at customer service and always greet customers and made them feel welcome and I expect the same when I go to a store/ restaurant

Stood in my face with the window open in the drive-through, talking and laughing with her friend instead of taking my payment and handing me my food. I heard her in there laughing with another employee while my food was ready and I was already waiting 20 minutes and my baby was screaming in the backseat. Terrible customer service. Do better and get better employees.
