This place has the best Chilaquiles breakfast in the area and the most delicious Cafe de Olla.

Gordita’s are good as well but sometimes they barely put any meat or rajas in it so make sure you let the waitress know to make sure the cook fills them well.

Chips are hit or miss. They are usually fresh but sometimes they taste like they just reheat them from another day.

Their salsas are good especially the green one.

Likely a one and done. Way too expensive for amount of food. I can justify a $5 taco if it’s above average quality AND huge proportions. These are medium/small size. Really decent quality, even above average but not $5 worthy. On top of that they put lettuce/tomato on one of them? Sure didn’t request that. And didn’t give me the chips/salsa they charged me for (my fault for not checking before leaving, I guess). Super nice people so that gets a star but that disappointment for that price? No thanks. Terrible first impression.

Got the goat meat(birria), carne asada( ground beef) chile relleno(stuffed cheese pepper)

Carne asada was dry but everything else complimented the flavor.

Ordered the quesabirria was good. The consume(birria soup) could use more flavor.

Over all give it an 8/10

Excellent goat meat and steak tacos! Service fast and friendly. Lots of food to choose from. Was excited to see goat meat on the menu, brings me back to time I spent in Monterrey México. The goat and steak were cooked nice and tender and with crispy edges. Not oily at all. Tacos served on corn tortilla and with onion and cilantro. Two different salsa options, both great tasting and with a little kick. Great Mexican vibe here. Will be coming back to try some more

Some of the best and definitely authentic Mexican. Employees are very friendly. Decent prices. The dining area is very basic but that’s all they need

I called and indicated that this is the “worst” Mexican food I’ve ever eaten here in Illinois. I called to advise them that the 2lbs of carnitas had fat in it-after we asked no fat. Who doesn’t trim the fat off of carnitas, who doesn’t shred it the proper way. The young lady hung up on me 2x and laughed at me. The older lady was eating at the hot prep area, didn’t wash her hands after she put food in her mouth, proceeded to do an food order. They treated was very racist. ( We are American Mexican) and have never been treated like this before. Ordered the menudo and had to request the lime, oregano, onions, the menudo had so much fat on it as well. Don’t get me started in the in professionalism of the cashier and who answered the phone and was laughing while I was speaking. I will be contacting the Addison food inspector immediately. Also while we were eating in the dining area the waitress was sweeping around us and the (snow) salt and dust from the restaurant was floating in the air. Who does that? We spent $59.70 “American dollars”, there. Maybe each of those behind the counter need to take some food safety courses and customer service classes.
