Best Taco’s in St. Louis! This is truly the only place you can walk up order and have your food in minutes. Wish there were more quick bite places like this.

Food is excellent. Could be cleaner, but they do so much service, it’s probably difficult to keep up. None of the tables had trash or anything like that, just everything could be better kept.
I have to say the food is so good. The toppings are always fresh and they give me so much. We always make two tacos out of one, just like in México. Ricos tacos !
They have tacos, tortas, burritos & quesadillas de carne asada, tripas, carnitas, barbacoa, pollo, campechano, chorizo, al pastor y chicharon. Yum!

Authentic Mexican! Delicious al pastor, carne asada, and barbacoa tacos. Grilled jalapeno peppers. Nice green and red hot sauces. Outdoor patio with Mexican music feels like you’re there. Great experience.

Solid street tacos in the Midwest. It’s not as good of quality as it is in Phoenix or SoCal street tacos. Good enough to purchase again! I’m a little disappointed they didn’t have Cabeza.

My life has not known peace since discovering this taqueria. I find myself thinking about a box of Al pastor and chorizo tacos almost daily now. The service is great and always friendly, and prices are more than fair. As someone who travels a lot, it drives me crazy that this unassuming corner stand is better than anything I’ve had in Mexico.
Love yourself and support this great local business.

If you’re looking for Mexican food in St Louis you always start at Cherokee St. Located in the heart is Taqueria Hectorito, my personal favorite taco stop with an array of mouth watering options! Some go-tos would be the barbacoa, campechanos, or carnitas. They do have burritos and other items as well, I’ve just always gone with the tacos because of how good they truly are. Trust.

I highly recommend this place to any taco connoisseur. If you are a Texan you will be pleasantly surprised. The pastor was flavorful, juicy, and spiced just right. It’s served on two corn tortillas; nice and hot right off the flat top grill. Location is lively and friendly right next to the Mercado next door.

The food was affordable and the burrito and taco I ordered were cook good right. Also the dressing I had went well with the burrito and tacos. Which were chicken and beef. Salsa verde and regular salsa. Pickled onions onions and cilantro. And cheese in tortilla shells. And they have Mexican beer and old school sodas like coca cola in a old school glass bottle. Which they pop the top off for you. This was just a good Mexican food experience.
