Gabriel was amazing! I propped up to the bar and service was prompt. Took less than 2 minutes. Gave me good insight into the city and the areas nearby within walking distance. He created a great ambiance. Service 10/10

First of all the place looks amazing and the service is great. That’s pretty much were the good things end. I waited like 20 mins for my brussel sprouts.. and it was definitely not shareable portion. This place gives very little food for the high price. Coming from NYC I’m no strange for high prices, but there is nothing special about the food and for the portions. If you’re staying here here for business and you’re expensing it, then yes by all means. But if you are here paying with your own money, I recommend trying somewhere else.

Ive been sitting at the bar, 4 drinks in for over an hour waiting on a French dip….literally beef on a loaf of bread with cheese…the place is NOT busy and I guess its for good reason. Bring a tent to camp if you order food.

The view is amazing. The waitress on duty was very prompt with asking me what I needed right away. When she went on break she didn’t let me know and the service slowed but was still very polite and only somewhat prompt. I orded the steak tacos from the appetizers menu and was not disappointed. Very good. They definitely need a better wine selection to represent Northern California.

Started out ok, but the poor guy who was our server was having a bad night. Drink orders messed up and inconsistent, with up to 30 minutes to get a round of drinks for the three of us in our party. The place was maybe 40% full, so it wasn’t very busy.
When asked for a refill of our water glasses, we were brought a glass bottle, similar to what other restaurants use for table water. But it was tonic water! And if course we found this out the hard way.
All in all, not a place to try again, because the service simply didn’t match the expense of the food and drink.

Drinks and food was on point! Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and was pleasantly surprised. Pizza was hot and fresh. Bartender was cool and knew how to make drinks.

The food is actually pretty good for hotel bar, and they’ve got a couple of really great beers on tap. The service was excellent and very friendly. The view of the bay from the bar is also pretty stellar. Definitely recommend if you’re staying at the hotel.

First off, the lady who served us was wonderful!! The bartender was absolutely not a bartender. The drinks were terrible. An Old Fashioned is stirred, not shaken. A Manhattan is also stirred, not shaken. They were both atrocious. Please see the attached photo of my “Manhattan”. Like I said, the bartender is absolutely not an actual bartender. Overpriced, terrible tasting cocktails.
