Even when it’s snowing and freezing it’s still wonderful to enjoy a delicious fresh ice cream
We enjoyed our experience and price were very reasonable
Definitely recommend and will come back next time when we are here

There’s a lovely view at the tables behind Taos Cow’s storefront. My The Works bagel overflowed with smoked salmon, and I enjoyed the extra tang of switching to kimchi cream cheese over plain. My cousin loves their pastrami sandwich, and the ice cream gets great marks too.

Taos Cow is just the best, whether you’re passing through or have always lived here. They have been so loyal and consistent and loving with their offerings – my favorite being the breakfast burritos (best in Taos in my opinion), warm handmade pastries and of course their homemade ice creams. Every October I make a point to sit by the changing aspen leaves behind the Seco location and enjoy the best kept secret affogato outside of Europe. They are truly a special and crucial fixture in our beloved mountain community. Thank you TC friends!

A bit of an odd set up with the glass and microphones.
A small but interesting selection of ice cream flavors. They don’t let you try samples, and I’m not willing to spend as much as they ask for for a scoop of ice cream and potentially not like it, so it kind of requires you to take it safe. The staff definitely seemed annoyed to be there.
However the little outside seating area is divine. Would return for that ambiance alone.

Perhaps the best breakfast burrito if chile was hotter. Great ice cream. Will return!

Stopped by for ice cream after a hike to Williams Lake. Quaint little place but the ice cream was delicious!!

Ice cream is probably an 8/10 – great chunks and decent taste but sometimes surprising flavor. Definitely trying more haha because I enjoyed it all but it’s interesting still. I’ve had pecan and cookies&cream. One thing I cannot get over are the prices. It’s $17+ when you tip for two double scoops in cups and that’s too much for me to go here as often as I want.

Ice cream shop with the best bagels? Absolutely. Taos Cow was the perfect pit stop on my way back to Albuquerque. The kimchi works bagel was the perfect combination of flavors. Perfectly toasted bagel with avocado, sweet onions and sprouts. Not an actual restaurant (more like a stationary food trunk) but plenty of seating around back.

Great ice cream, great brunch menu. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. All the seating is outdoors, but the creek area is popular with kids. If you’re headed up to TSV or down to Taos proper, make sure you stop in for a delicious dip.

Yummy!! Try the kimchi works bagel. Kitchen closes at 3pm but ice cream is open until 5pm. Cute little seating area in the back next to a creek. Outdoor seating only.
