Really like this. Good amount of spiciness. I’m Chinese. It’s very authentic. It deserves a 5-star review.

This place is so delicious and fills you up! I definitely recommend eating here. I got an appetizer, ramen, and water for just under $30. When I was there only one person was working so please be patient. He was very kind!

I came to Tangled – Noodles and More a few weeks ago there was only one person taking orders and making the food but on bussing the tables, the entrance glass doors needed major cleaning and so did the tables, (we are not clear of Covid yet) although the food took awhile it was well worth waiting for spring rolls were freshly prepared and my ramen spicy pork was soo good. I would have given Tangled 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the housekeeping. Might be back.

We both wanted kimchi jigae but seoul didn’t open til 4. Remembered that my cousin recommended this place for sze chuan wonton and Taiwan beef noodle. Def lived up to his words. The beef was so melt in your mouth tender! The broth was delicious and hearty, hit the spot for us. Husband also got a mango smoothie, ramen, and korean beef which were all tasty as well. The owner (?) is super nice and friendly, very appreciative of our business. Highly recommended and will return.

There’s a lot of people in the comments who are really just playing with themselves. I just left this restaurant and I was not impressed at all and I consider myself to be a worthy & experienced food critic. Comparing this restaurant to, red light ramen & artisan ramen, there’s no comparison both are better than this place. When I walked in the door I didn’t know what to expect so I had to open mind. None of the tables were clean for one, and I ordered some beef bowl and the noodles were hard and stiff like they had cooked for only a minute, so I let the man owner whoever he is I let him know and he didn’t make me another bowl from scratch he just made me different noodles with broth and brought that out to me so that I can transfer the continents of the bowl that I had in that bowl. Well the experience was not what I had hoped for the broth tastes like some old packet of beef gravy. And it was cold in there there was no heat on. This is not a place that I would recommend there’s people in the comments who probably have been to the restaurants that I have mentioned and you should know better this is not that spot. So I will never be going back it was a waste of $14 and I’ll be sticking with artisan ramen from this point on.

Kung Pao was good, Beijing bowl was pretty bland. The front of house was very dirty/sticky but sign in front says they’re moving. Guy making our food/taking the orders was very polite and nice to everyone.

Honestly one of the highlights of our whole trip to Milwaukee. We were walking around the college area killing some time before heading to Miller Park.

It’s been a while, so I don’t quite remember what I ordered. BUT they’re delicious! Authentic Chinese noodles and rice noodles! The owner is warm welcoming and friendly! I’ll definitely keep going back and try more entrees!

My family went here to eat today and right off the bat, we noticed the cups for water were stuck together and sticky, the soda machine did not have ice, and there were questionable things floating in the water. We ordered the potstickers, which were served to us cold in the middle, however, the sauce with it was delicious. The chili oil dumplings were overall flavorless as well. The food was okay, but they skimped on the meat and sauces and there was only one soy sauce container for the entire restaurant (which was also sticky and disgusting). My brother in law also got a very burnt egg served on top of his ramen and the spice level of everything was entirely unpredictable. We likely won’t be back here and don’t necessarily recommend it. Might be best to order it as take out.

First of all, I love the visual logo of this place. I had the Yunnam noodles, one of a wide variety of regional noodle dishes you won’t find in most restaurants. Although I’ve been to China many times, I haven’t been to the Yunnam region so I can’t testify to the authenticity of the dish. But it is delicious. Unique place. Don’t miss it.
