My dish was great I got a pork soup, what the server recommended to me, it was very tasty but wasn’t something to write home about. My wife got Pho she wasn’t a big fan and neither was I. The environment was cool it was set up like an American diner almost. Service was not too great, we did come in an hour before closing but the server checked in on us once and never smiled once the entire time. It was a cute and very cheap restaurant, I wouldn’t recommend it but you may have a better experience than we did. The food wasn’t bad but don’t expect to be blown away.

Overall I’m really disappointed. I definitely enjoy eating Pho and am used to having ridiculously amazing Pho back home. To start, this Pho is incredibly bland and watery. Pho is supposed to be incredibly flavorful on its own. You should be able to pick up on all the spices and seasoning from the bones. Spices like: Star anise, cinnamon, clove, ginger, garlic etc. I got none of that. It tasted like not much at all on its own. I did notice that it came with a paste (could be Pho paste or beef paste) and that helps I suppose but it is not at all supposed to rely on that for flavor. I will say the ONLY plus side is the meat used seems to be higher quality than usual and was very tender. But met with flavorless, lifeless broth doesn’t bring much enjoyment. I also ordered pork dumplings that were supposed to be ‘fried’ and what I got was sad soggy dumplings that had almost no filling. Overall, if you’re looking for good Pho, trust the countless reviews warning against the bland broth. Keep looking

Tucked inside an edifice may make it seem like nothing, but the food is worth coming in for! Really enjoyed Pho Tai and had a nibble of my husband’s order, which was also tasty. Can’t remember what his order was… #23? #32?

This place is freaking outstanding. It is by far the best Vietnamese food I’ve had in the springs. The ingredients are fresh, the broth and noodles are perfect. This might be the only pho place that has soft boiled eggs in their soup. Truly authentic recipes, not that Americanized “pho” that people keep complaining about not getting. Just gonna put it out there that if you don’t understand the cuisine you probably are unfit to be reviewing it. Rare steak is supposed to be rare steak, and the broth here is exactly as it should be. If you want legit Vietnamese food this is it. It’s also one of the cleaner restaurants I’ve been to in a while.

Favorite pho restaurant! Least expensive and the best tasting I’ve had in the Springs. Tan Phat is also very cautious with food allergies. I’m allergic to peanuts and they made a special sauce for the spring rolls. Everything is made to order and always served with fantastic customer service. My toddler also loves the fish displays! Always a great experience.
