I was there earlier in the day for a mobile order but due to the very long wait with a lunch rush, I ended up having to leave it and go back to work. I returned later in the evening to see if anyone could assist me and everyone was so kind and replaced my order. Very nice customer service!

Absurd amount of time to wait for app orders. Ordered at 1:01pm for pickup at 1:16. Waited in the store until 1:45 for them to even pick up the bag and start making my sandwich. I asked them 3 times!
