Love this location! I never know what I want, but the baristas are so nice and take the time to help me figure out what I should get. I do wish there were couches inside though like there are at other locations! Overall, my drinks are always good and the service is friendly and helpful!

Some Starbucks still nail the experience! Even with 15 cars in the DT – mobile orders stacked and ready for pickup! You will get a warm welcome, fast service and and encouragement for the day! Walking out to see the moon like this! This day went from good to great!

Im sorry but this matcha suppose to have 5 matcha scoops and it really doesnt. I paid one extra dollar for extra matcha scoop and its nowhere near to be strong 🙁 i dont know what is wrong with west county locations but almost every single one makes very weak and pale matcha. Every time I go to starbucks locations in the city especially in CWE they make their matcha strong and falavprful. I dont why I spend 7.57 for milk with ice 🙁
They said their trick is to add matcha powder to the blender cup first and then the milk so there are no matcha clumps left in the blender cup. But I think there is more to it. Maybe everyone is measuring cups differently and thats a training issue…so inconsistent.

Today I’ve had much better experience and kinder attitude from baristas. I really appreciate for making my matcha delicious and strong enough for me haha im so sorry for being such a pain but I think its fair to get a well prepaid matcha for the amount customer pay here. Thank you!

Nice place, nice people but there is loads of junk right when you walk in the door, and it’s placed in such a way that it’s awkward when you need to get to the condiment counter. There’s not a lot of room there to begin with and with the boxes there’s a one person wide “hallway” to access. Couldn’t imagine how someone in a wheelchair could navigate that.

inb4 we just got a shipment: there are ~10 people working. Pull one and have them take the boxes into the back room.

Normally I love coming here since most of the time the employees are very kind and the team is very fast, however today I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a refresher drink online through the app, but when I came to pick it up, they had prepared the wrong one. I kindly asked a worker to remake the drink and she did after rudely telling me that I had ordered the one that she originally prepared (I checked my order to be sure and I had not). After showing her my receipt on the app she remade the drink but it was also incorrect the second time. I didn’t want to cause anymore annoyance so I tried to just enjoy the second drink but was made with room temperature water despite being a cold drink. The flavor was also really low compared to how it normally is so I went back in to see if they would be willing to remake it. I asked the same employee and she refused to remake the drink after viciously side eyeing me despite it being not what I payed over 7 dollars for. This wasn’t even during a rush, as the drive through was empty and there were only a few other customers inside. I am extremely disappointed with this Starbucks location and believe that they should not be refusing to remake a drink if they aren’t even going to make the right item in the first place especially if a customer is going to spending over 7 dollars just to be faced with rude staff.

Google wants me to update my review. Nothing has changed. Some days, you get the perfect drink. Some days, something seems off. Maybe AI will bring consistency someday.?

Also, what happened to the occasional bogo?

Still going, despite the higher prices. But I’m glad there are so many Starbucks in the world. Nice to be on vacation and still have a comforting cup of coffee.

I’m disappointed today. I feel I let Starbucks cheat me. Today 2/24 they are out of venti cups, so I had to settle for a grande. The price of a venti, according to the app, would have been $5.33. They charged me $5.19 for the grande. Something seems wrong. The window checker even checked the price of a venti and confirmed it was a way better deal, but all that was offered was sorry, but this is what my machine is telling me. Sorry guys, but that’s poor customer service.
