Had dinner here twice. I am a fan of Thai food, and I found this place to be very good. I asked for a 4 (out of 1-5) level spicy…and it was spicy! Just right for me…:). Good portions were well cooked, without being overwhelming. The Massaman curry, Tom Kha and mango sticky rice stood out. Staff were friendly and attentive. A good value, especially in an area where good sit-down places are hard to find in the evening (have to do downtown for that…mostly). Thanks Talay…will be back! ✌

Ordered takeout Talay Thai for dinner one night. The food was super fresh when we got back to the condo and everything was sealed up properly to prevent any leaking. I ordered the Red Curry with Chicken which was super good. We also ordered the Garlic Chicken and Wonton Soup which were also very good. We tried both the jasmine rice and fried rice. Overall, no complaints, everything tasted great. Even the leftovers the next day was good. Definitely give this spot a try.

Our last two meals have been nothing but greasy mess. Also for some reason both dishes tasted pretty much the same. The fried dumplings were stale. I hope Talay gets their act together as in the past we always enjoyed their food

Really delicious food with great service. Awesome to have a healthier option than the usual pizza and fried food on ski trips. Two of us shared the sweet and sour chicken, spicy tom kha soup and satay. We had some left to take home. There is free 2 hour parking in the lot across the street.

Food and drinks were brought out promptly, all cooked well, and tasted fresh. Highlights were the coconut rice, fried calamari, Massaman curry (we ordered with chicken, level 3 spiciness was just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming), and the green tea boba. Liquor orders are generous and fair priced. Staff was delightful and friendly. Recommend if you are looking to get off the downtown beaten path and don’t mind paying for parking ($5/hr) near the lodge shopping.

Probably the best Thai in steamboat. Have never left dissatisfied and everyone is always happy with their dishes. I’d say the spice level is a notch down compared most Thai places I’ve been going to in Texas. I got the 4 and it was a good heat not a too painful heat if you like spice. Haven’t been able to order wrong on the menu so far.
