This is our go to for Mexican in the Apex area. We usually get takeout, but last time went in, was quiet on a Thursday night. I always get the enchiladas, have tried them all and like the shredded beef with red sauce the best. I love the fresh radishes that garnish on top, adds a nice crunch to a soft plate of food. My son and husband like the chimichangas, both the chicken and the beef are good. My daughter likes the plain cheese quesadilla, perfect for a picky eater.

Excellent tasting (very authentic by West coast/Midwest standards) Mexican food. Even though we ordered takeout(food gets moist) it was delicious! I could only imagine better tasting food in restaurant.

The beef was tasty… Odd; I ordered chicken… which doesn’t sound similar in either language…
The rice was ok… I think there were 3 gandules on my plate… The beans are American style, which is to say, smothered in melted cheese… They’re not bad once you scrape off the cheese layer.
Pretty sure the salsa is canned… The hot sauce is the “roasted” flavor variety.

I decided to try tacos mexico for the first time and man was it a great experience. the beef in my taco was phenomenal and the flavors really stood out. the chips were great and has a nice crunch. i really like the service they were friendly and charming. they also had great vegetarian options. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture until my Tacos Mexico take-out box! Even the water was SPECTACULAR. It definitely quenched my thirst! definitely will be new regulars. This picture features my buddy’s vegetarian leftover quesadilla with all the fix-ins!

We enjoy a good taco and enchilada. Since moving to Apex, we have not claimed a favorite until now. Our meal was great, chips delicious and the tomatillo sauce delicious. I had a cheese enchilada and beef taco. The taco was shredded beef which I enjoyed. I will probably go for a taco plate next visit. Didn’t think to take a picture until I’d finished my meal- oops!

The margarita tasted way to sour and they charge for the lime haha along with water. No ground beef just shredded beef which tasted horrible. Service was eh. Salsa tasted like it was from a jar.
