Understaffed, long waits, limited inventory. The only consistent thing about this location is the absurdly long wait times. Staff is working, they just don’t have enough people. Great donuts when they have them. The drive thru line routinely dumps out onto the street with people constantly leaving the line because of the wait time. Expect to spend 20+ minutes for service anytime time of day, any day of the week. The menu signs are old, broken, and difficult to read through the faded and scratched plexiglass. If it’s been raining it impossible because of all the moisture inside them. If corporate knew they would be disgusted. This location needs new or better ownership.

I have been here 3 times over the last month. Ordered ahead of time on the app and gave them extra time each time but the food is never ready. The second time I was here my order couldn’t be found by them when I walked in until they checked the trash and there was my order receipt from the app..
It seems to me that they are understaffed and mismanaged. The food is good when you get it.

Ordered hot chocolate and was just hot water with a drink packet mixed in. Was expecting something more for the price. Service was ok. One person working drive threw and counter, working as fast as she could.

I went in early in the am before work for a couple sides of hashbrowns and a coffee for my girlfriend. We placed our order in the app. We get there almost 10 mins later, the coffee had just finished up by one of the ladies in there. The other girl working was just at the drive thru having a conversation with someone they must have known at the window. They must’ve been having a good conversation for about 10 mins before I ever got my hashbrowns which at that point I already had the drink. I finally get my food from her because the girl making drinks apparently didn’t know how to make the hashbrowns. I’m on my way to work and noticed I only got one side of hashbrowns instead of 2 and only got literally 6 pieces! I was already almost late and I’ve already had problems with this location. Now I’m writing a review.

Employees are nice but super slow, has browns burnt 99% kg the time, and drinks are “sometimes” good but never consistently. I think I keep giving them “one more try” but then disappointed. Got there at 625 am… heard in the loud speaker “just one meant”… well nearly 10 minutes late (again because I just kept thinking ok any second any second) nothing so I left. There were literally no cars in parking lot, or in drive through ahead of me and they open at 5 am…

It’s guaranteed every time you go to have a long wait. Today I waited at least 5 mins before being greeted at the speaker.

They get one extra star because the employees are friendly.
However, the food and drinks are frequent just awful.
So far have experienced in the past 3 visits –
Hot drink served luke-warm 2x.
That overcooked tiny amount of hash browns you see in the photo.
Sweet tea that’s supposed to be extra sweet but instead tastes like ash.
Lemonade that’s as bland as it can possibly get x2.
I have the feeling this place relies entirely on it’s location so it just doesn’t try very hard.

First the girl sweetly apologized for being understaffed, then very patently asked what I wanted, I told her , gave it to me perfect, and she told me to have a nice day, I asked if I could add a tip on my card but she said no she couldn’t. But I just wanted to say how awesome this young lady was in the braids today. I see you and appreciate the kindness today, I needed it.

Good service, clean washrooms and delicious donuts. Conveniently located off the highway it’s a nice stop for food and coffee. There’s a gas station next to it and it shares space with a convenience store.
