Best taco hole in the wall in Hesperia. Don’t really want a lot of people to know about it because I eat here a lot (at least 2x a week) and don’t want to wait long when I do. However, I owe it to the staff because they are amazing. Prices are great, especially on taco Tuesday. Their tacos, burritos, and nachos are the perfect road food heading to Vegas or the perfect comfort food when going back home. The roasted red salsa and wet burrito sauce is spicy, but if you don’t like spicy Mexican food you shouldn’t be eating it. Def a must eat, but be quick about your order because I’m probably pulling into the parking lot to come eat.
P.S. there are two secret value adds. The first-free coffee (who does this anymore) and 2) they have a points system. Each time you buy you get points which can build up to cash value towards your food. Inconceivable!

I visited Taco La Madrina through a friend’s recommendation. My friend told me it started as a taco truck but is now a popular restaurant that has opened its own store. Our family, who loves tacos, ate with high expectations. The staff consistently responded kindly to customers. My daughter, who has trouble with spicy sauce, ordered the spicy sauce on the side, but it came out incorrectly. What was impressive, however, was that the staff member didn’t panic and brought out a freshly made taco exactly as ordered. They are very friendly staff. I highly recommend it!

I have ate at this restaurant four or five times now and have introduced friends to its food and new location and it has yet to disappoint. The food is excellent one of our favorites are the potato tacos. The service is unlike any other place in the high desert where you are greeted with a smile, checked on intermittently, and any mistake or even miscommunication is addressed with consideration. I recommend this place highly to anyone who likes good Mexican food especially on taco Tuesday .

We just went a few days ago and we were very surprised with this hole in the wall. It’s next to a gas station and you might think I don’t know . But you really have to go there. The food is awesome. The staff is really nice and the place is very clean. We order the Carne Asada Burrito and Quesadia Carne Asada . They both were really great. No gristle on the meat, the rice had great flavor and the beans with queso (cheese ) were awesome . We took home Birria Ramen and it was really awesome . The taste of the soup and the meat is really good. You can seat there and eat or take home. You won’t regret it. You have to go there.

I decided to grab lunch during their soft opening and was VERY happy with my decision to try an off-menu item named Morisqueta. The flavors of the pork ribletes were insane!!

Taco Tuesday? More like Taco EVERYDAY! Took my daughter to this awesome Mexican spot, and let me tell you—Victor was the real MVP. Super friendly, super helpful, and made sure we got the best picks from the menu. We went with some mouthwatering tacos and carne asada nachos (zero regrets), and the horchata? Absolutely top-tier.
The place is clean, the vibes are welcoming, and the food is ridiculously good. What more could you possibly ask for? If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favor and go. You can thank me later!

Hands down some of the best tacos in the high desert! The service is excellent. Everyone is always so friendly and inviting. The food is amazing!! This is definitely a hidden gem!! I wish I could give it 10 stars!!! You’re definitely missing out if you haven’t eaten here. Delicious food and the best service!!!
