We should have known when we pulled in to pull out! Drive thru only. Nothing outside worked. Tables falling apart dangerously! waited forever. Absolutely disgusting , burger had soggy bun, wasn’t even able to eat more than 2 bites. Tator tots were warm but very old. didn’t know til back on highway. And couldn’t call since you couldn’t read receipt

I went through the drive through for shakes (mostly because my last experience at a Sonic in Southern Illinois with the park and order was horrible) and waited way too long for 2 shakes and a cup of ice cream. It was also not very clear where to go, so I wasn’t even sure if I was waiting on the right spot until about 10 minutes went by and they brought another cars order. I was hoping for the experiences I had in Georgia at Sonic, but I’m seeing none of these Illinois locations are it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No fork or paper towels in a foot long chilling cheese hotdog. Prob got 5 drinks out of the slushy before it was all ice. And I tipped the dumpy girl that brought it to me.

My husband ordered tots but the entered and delivered old fries. When order delivered I asked which drink was which as they were unmarked. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away.My root beer tasted off, like Vicks Vapor Rub. Soap? Not drinking that. Pushed button to report but no response.

Hours say they open at 8 am. We pulled in at 7:55 road tripping with 2 hungry kids and there was not one staff member or car in sight. Trash cans were full of trash. Super disappointing. Update your hours, we made a stop in this town specifically to get breakfast at Sonic.

Was not very happy with the food. Eat here every other week on Friday night and usually very good. Today ordered the chili cheese footlong and hot dog was burnt on the bottom and couldn’t cut through it. Was very hard.
