I paid $9 for a cup of milk. I order a milkshake but got a water milk drink, they left all the ice cream still in blender container. Overpriced compared to other BR. Staff was chill. I didnt think getting a small milkshake would led to this, but i should have read the store reviews first. They are accurate

I don’t know who was working tonight Between 630 and 645 I always get ice cream here. Bring my kids all the time for two scoops. It didn’t even go above the cup. I bought three of those for $21. I could’ve bought five tubs of ice cream this place ridiculous. Two scoops for seven dollars I usually get it and it goes above the rim at least

Great ice cream! The reason I gave it three stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ is because they never have supplies. The lastime I was there they were out of bananas and my wife wanted a banana split. The precious time they were out of regular cones. And this time they were out of the banana split dish so they make it on a cup.

It’s not the fault of the employees. They just work with what they have. So the store gets a low rating.

I have stopped at this location 3 times and walked out with nothing. They never have the full menu and today myself and another customer stood in the lobby for over 3 minutes before someone came to assist us and that was only after he yelled out “HELLO”, even though we could hear workers laughing and talking in the back.

I tried, but won’t try again.

Misleading advertising. You pay extra for any sundae toppings except whipped cream and cherry.

No toilet paper in rest room and toilet seat wet and dirty.

Too expensive for what you get.

Order of Uber eats got half my order and the fresh packed was a joke. This is the second time this has happened. So never again. Be better

The Baskin Robbins is terrible in this location. Very limited flavors, no hot fudge to make a sundae and the woman working the counter had the most disinterested attitude that bordered on rudeness. This location needs tremendous improvement and a staff retrain.

one of by far the worse Baskin Robbins there is. I live around the corner from this location so that is convenient. I have been wanting to write a review for years but Sunday May 4 was it. They are always out of something and it’s so annoying. Long story short: I asked for cookies and cream- out of it. I wanted butter pecan-out of it. I wanted a waffle bowl-out of it. I went to grab a spoon, out of the regular spoons and had to use a tiny sample spoon. The manager needs a visit. It is warm season and they need to be on point. You will be disappointed for the most point. This location has been suffering lack for years. I will have to go to the Burtonsville location. Laurel Baskin Robbins truly suck. Oh and 2 weeks ago, this location was shut down. It had a sign that read “unsafe” smh.

I dont go that often but this is the third time ive been here in the last 3 months and all 3 times they didnt have any of the icecream I wanted. All they said is they were out. What are the odds they are still out the next time I go too? Seems pretty likely.
