This food truck is a hidden gem I’ve tried the other ones in hoover area and this one by far has the biggest menu/variety to choose from. I called and asked if I could customize a vegetarian burrito add in fries/fresh jalapenos and make it extremely spicy. They accommodated everything and said even if something isn’t on the menu they can make it for me. The burrito was enough for two people I was shocked at the portion size. They really filled that burrito up with veggies and fresh ingredients instead of just making the whole thing beans.
They were so generous with sauces, silverware, and hot peppers. The area to eat was so clean and spacious. I felt so comfortable eating here at 8pm.
Everyone here is so kind and friendly. This food truck stands out from all the other trucks for sure. Bigger portion sizes, biggest menu variety, and seating area.

Delicious tacos and great prices. This is a great spot for tacos, the side sauces were delicious and the meat is flavorful and tender, tortillas are amazing too. I would totally recommend this place if you’re looking for a casual taco place. The workers were also very friendly.
