Large fries had barely any fries. Size of McDonalds small size and they wouldn’t help me out. The boneless wings are so tiny. I spent over 40 dollars. The regular wings were okay. Skip this place, they should go out of business

Went in and wasn’t greeted at the register. Cashier seemed annoyed I was there.
I asked to add onion to my wrap and was told they don’t have it. Odd, considering they serve other sandwiches and burgers, but not the end of the world. I asked for no tomatoes and mild sauce on my wrap. I ordered and paid for my meal + 2 extra ranch.
I waited 20+ minutes for my food. Watched several door dash drivers drop orders and leave after waiting for an extended period of time too.
I got my food and rushed out to get home. My bad for not checking it before I left. Got home and my wrap was… pretty empty. There’s no tomatoes (win), but there’s also only just a little lettuce in the wrap – no cheese or ranch. And this is definitely not mild sauce. I’m not totally a spice novice and can handle the medium, but this is definitely not even medium. And the two extra ranches I paid for? Definitely not there. The fries were ok, but definitely not fresh and hot. I didn’t think my order that complicated, but I guess I was wrong. If this is how it goes during a not busy lunch, I don’t think I’ll be back again.

Honestly REALLY disappointed and pissed off all around with our experience tonight! I recently tried BWW at their eat-in location and loved it. Tonight we were craving wings again and decided to use this BWW go location. First, right after I placed my order I needed to make an alteration to something that there was no option to do through the online ordering side. I called the location 4 times in a row, and each time they picked up, I could hear the noises from the kitchen, and then they hung up. Then, after my husband arrived he told them my alteration (extra crispy) and I tried calling with him there so we could see who was hanging up, and by the looks of the guy, it was a manager, which is even more disappointing. He continued to go over to the phone, and at this point wasn’t even answering, he just pressed a button to silence the call and it would end the call on my end. My husband also observed other incoming calls that were not me where the guy was doing the same thing. Absolutely unacceptable.
My husband waited there for just under 25 minutes, which the food was completed within close proximity to when the ordering system said it would be. However, we only live 2 miles from this location and by the time he got home the wings were nearly room temp, there was just a HINT of warmth left to them so we ended up having to reheat them in the oven. He also asked when he arrived for them to make them extra crispy, and while they said they would it’s obvious they ignored that request. Lastly, I ordered celery & carrots and those were missing from the bag.
Overall, just WTF. I’d honestly recommend getting them in house or to go from the eat in location because at least they reliably will answer and not blatantly ignore your call or hang up on you.

Short Review: Save your money and go-to the grocery store. Not the same as the sit down restaurant. Wings are just tossed in cold bottled sauce. The fried cheese curds were amazing! I would not go back.

We love going to the BWW restaurant. It is a fun atmosphere and we have always loved the wings. When we saw this being built… We were so excited! However, I don’t feel like the quality is the same at this place as the sit down restaurant.
The interior of this place is super cute if you want to stay in and eat. Or you can elect to take it out. You can also put their app on your phone so you can play games against people like you can in the sit down restaurant.
The place is super pricey. But Buffalo Wild Wings has always been a little bit more for their wings. And the quality justified that price. However, this place does not have that level of quality. Our wings had globs of cold sauce on them. You can see by the picture. Honestly, I could go to the store pick up a bottle of their sauce and order Arby’s chicken nuggets dump it on top and it would be the same thing for a fraction of the price.
Another huge negative… Is the ranch. I was expecting homemade ranch and instead it’s prepackaged as in the picture. Super disappointing.
It’s not that the wings tasted bad… It’s the fact that the quality does not meet the price(0ver $1 per boneless)!

This is a take out only version of BWW. They do have some tables but there isn’t any of the usual service, so more like a fast food place. But if you just want some wings to take home this place is perfect. Just order online, show up at the specified time and check the sign for which cubby has your order. Quick and easy way to get some wings.

I placed an order, not too large 58 dollars worth. I specifically asked for 10 traditional DRUMSTICKS only. I received 8 wings and 2 drumsticks. I went back and I knew they would say they’re really busy. So I said I understand but you’re busy enough to mess up my order but not busy enough to undercharge me. This is NOT the employees fault, it is a greedy management that has only 3 people trying to do the work of 6 or 8. Here’s a picture of the 2 drumsticks and 8 wings.
I will not be going back to this particular location. My advice is to check your order completely, open every box below you leave.

The food tasted very old and stale. The chicken was undercooked. The fries were very bland. The ranch tasted fine. Service was just about as bad as you would expect from a fast food wing place yet when paying I still get asked for a tip when there was nothing done for me but take my order? Honestly Buffalo Wild Wings has gone severely down hill.

On the app this location didn’t show as an option to order online (probably because it just opened) but I placed a phone order and the girl was very friendly and didn’t seem thrown off or confused like happens a lot when placing phone orders. The wings were ready for pick up within 20 minutes, bagged up and ready to go with the extras I’d asked for. They even checked for my rewards number so that they could enter it in for me when I paid, which I appreciated. Everything was accurate and the wings were the same quality as from the full size restaurant. Overall a very fast and easy experience when I expected there to be some growing pains with it being new.
