Great guisado tacos! The tinga was the best I’ve had in a long time. The chorizo and potato was delicious too. The pork chili verde was flavorful but a little fatty. It was my least favorite of the 3 tacos. The price is a bit steep but I’ll acquiesce because authenticity and fresh made tortillas are rare in these parts.

I’m hard to impress with Mexican food, but this is by far some of the best I have aside from food in Yucatan peninsula. Food truck with four to five tables and a little bar seating area, all outside. Inside kitchen and register area was clean and staff were helpful.
