Food is somehow always terrible but usually they get it in the bag at least but not this time. The cashier and her co worker were too busy arguing about BS to get either of our tacos in the bag. Both the soft taco and the crisp taco were missing and the food we did receive was half burnt. I tried to call the restaurant to speak to the on duty manager but you can’t get through to talk to anyone. I expect a refund for the missing and inedible food.

Before you freak out at my low score let me quickly state this is due to service quality only. They ALWAYS (always) mess up orders. They miss items, give us wrong item, etc. We love Taco Time but for this place, the staff just doesn’t seem to get it. Not sure how hard it is to fill orders properly but it must be extremely challenging for this team. Food is good. That’s not issue. Taco Time mgmt….fix this! We’ve been coming here as a family for a long long time and this one location always messes up orders. To add, when you go in and report it you get a very lack luster “sorry”. They do not seem to care much. My opinion of course. FYI Covington is far far better!

A few weeks ago, we were there for lunch with our grandson and his fiancé. On my way to the bathroom, I fell. It took my family about 15 minutes to get me up. No one from the restaurant came to see I needed help or if I was okay. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Credit terminal now asks for a tip. Tips are for providing good service. They don’t do that at fast food restaurants. If they need more money than the company should pay more and raise prices.

The worst taco time ever! They couldn’t have messed up my order if they tried, and I think they did try. I was positive and nice while ordering and then got our order. Chicken hard shell tacos came out with nothing but beans, wilted lettuce and old tomatoes. Girl friends order was completely wrong. I normally wouldn’t complain because I refuse to send back food and have something new come back to you, (who knows what the heck they will do to it!) Accepted a voucher for a free meal at a future time. I will never go back! Manager was trying to make things right, but a little bit to late!

I ordered on the app and I always pick up at the Fairwood location. For some reason it placed me at the Factoria location. When I went into the Fairwood location and explained to the guy at the counter what happened, he was extremely accommodating. He told me, “I will just make you what you ordered.” This was above and beyond what I expected. I did not get the guys name, but it was 7-11-23 around 3PM. I will defently be back. I hope people see this and support this place.

I’m gonna be honest I have a deep love for taco time. I get it once a day typically. Was pretty surprised to find an actual bone in my food today. Tried to call the store no answer and the corporate office is close. Would like to communicate my concern to an actual person, and would be happy to change my rating after I do so
