Pow! Winner! Such a big difference from Taco Bell. The food is awesome. Service is fast and friendly. I am HUGE on customer service and the guy at the drive through window, “Lex”…. well from now on, I call him, “Lexellent”. Very good customer service. You guys rocked it tonight. Well done! Brovo!

I waited in the drive thru 20 minutes. I ordered a classic burrito, extra chicken and hot sauce inside. No hot sauce and it was a regular size burrito. The person who took my order sounded miserable. Just go to another location!

We got in a little after 9. The place was clean and we were greeted promptly. The service was super friendly and we were extremely satisfied with our meal. We had the spicy taters with spicy ranch, a crisp chicken taco, crisp chicken burrito, white chicken chili and diet Dr. Pepper. Definitely above and beyond. Can’t wait to go there again

Really nice guy working the drive thru. Came in to try the new spicy tater tots. The guy in the drive thru made the pick up process seamless. He was friendly and kept a smile on his face. Makes all the difference in an interaction. I wish I knew his name. But he was working around 2pm today when I picked up my order. Please let him know I said thank you

I don’t know what is going on that this location but it’s nasty. This used to be the best taco time location, now it’s uneditable. I have given it 3-4 different chances in the last several months because it used to be my go to during lunch. I’ve gone in the evening these last several times. They spit something white on my tater tots .. two separate times.,, I can’t even identify what it was. And they do not give you the sides you PAY for, so if you ask for ranch, or sour cream .. you’re not gonna get it. This is deliberate. The sides also comes hella warm now instead of refrigerating.

Some kind of manager or supervisor was screaming constantly for what seemed like forever on her way out for the day. It wasn’t anger;it was just her way of shouting across the place being social and taking half an hour or more to scream and screech her banter and good byes to her coworkers.
This woman made the place unpleasant and feeling like her party room rather than a place to enjoy a meal. Her shouting and partying forever exit made customers feel pit of place and intruding on her loud obnoxious party.
Also, I clean said my order was for dining in but it was prepared to go.
Also, I had to ASK loudly for hot sauce which clearly disruptive to the loud party the employees were having and that loud manager gave me a dirty look for bothering them with my request. They were all ignoring me or could not hear me over their own shouting until I got loud too.
This crew and their leader were disturbingly unprofessional and rude

Worst Taco Time in the area please avoid!!! Careful they never give a receipt and our total seemed way off for what we got. All of our food was undercooked and soggy. Lettuce and tomatoes seemed like they were made a few days ago. Even the burrito tortillas were soggy and gross tasting. I’m going later to get my money back. No wonder they don’t give receipts!

Literally the worst and most disgusting taco I’ve ever had. It was so cold that it felt like I just got it out of the fridge. Even in the picture you can see how a melted cheese looks like in this taco the rice with the beans were not even well cooked and cold too. I knew the food was not fresh but I wish they microwaved it at least. Had the worst experience and it will be my first and last time ordering from here.
