Great and no notes everytime I have come here! The service is spectacular, drinks are great and the food is good. Even with tapas I leave full every time. We ordered a charcuterie board with manchego, murcia curado, seasonal adds and met the chef choose the meat and a romanesco sauce we wanted to take home! We ordered twos pulpos for the table, patatas bravas, asparagus, Spanish salad, skirt steak, lamb chops, and veggie paella. For a drink I ordered the Prado daisy. All I highly recommend! Also the Bundt dessert(10/10)!

Delicious tapas and great service at the Marietta square for lunch! Our party of 3 shared 8 tapas which ended up being the perfect amount. Everyone that worked here was helpful and made sure that we had a great experience. We especially enjoyed the bacon wrapped dates and the thing that looked like a grilled cheese sandwich.

I recently visited Silla del Toro in Marietta, which markets itself as a tapas and cocktails destination. Unfortunately, it fell far short of the authentic Spanish tapas experience. The tortilla española was microwaved—soft outside, cold inside. Their “croquetas de jamón” were simply deep-fried mashed potatoes, nothing resembling ham or jamón, the camarones al ajillo were deep-fried shrimp served in a pool of oil. Even the white sangria lacked authenticity—it tasted more like lemon soda than a proper sangria. Overall, it’s not the place if you’re seeking true tapas flavors. Atlanta offers better spots—this one isn’t it.

This place was amazing. Excellent environment great for any occasion. Quality of the food timely service and we were fortunate to get one of the best servers we’ve had ever. SAM was amazing in every way. This guy is a top-tier professional and super nice. We definitely look forward to coming back to this location bringing friends and we will certainly ask for SAM to be our server. Every one of the other servers that we came across or did anything for us was great as well. Ownership / management thanks for a great experience and employing such quality top-tier professionals and providing an incredible dining experience. Y’all are awesome!!

If you’re a tapas fanatic like me, put this place on your radar – it’s phenomenal. We had the charcuterie plate, patates bravas, albondingos (sp?), gazpacho, and white sangria. Everything was extremely fresh – the gazpacho especially was tasty and refreshing. Service was outstanding, and our server was attentive and knowledgeable. If I lived in Atlanta I’d come here often!

We were greeted and seated immediately having reserved ahead of time to celebrate our 34th anniversary at the Marietta location. Bautista was our excellent server and made us feel at home right away. Food choices were many and the quality of the tapas was excellent. Dessert was incredible! First time dining here, but it will not be our last! We highly recommend this restaurant.

Had the best meal of our lives last night… you know it was good when you’re still talking about it the next morning. My friend and I are big foodies and we’ve been all around the perimeter and in the city but this was our first time trying a place in the Marietta Square. Very glad we started here.
Silla del Toro is on par, if not better than, Barcelona Wine Bar in Midtown/Buckhead, our previous favorite tapas place. Knowing we have a tapas favorite so close to where we live is a blessing (and maybe a curse on the wallet).
We had:
Calamari (10/10, cooked to perfection),
Spanish Olives and Marcona Almonds,
Gambas al Ajillo (10/10, perfect for bread dipping after),
Chuletas de Cordero Ahumadas (1000/10, by far the best plate. Most tender and flavorful lamb we’ve ever had. The saffron aioli was to die for.),
Pan Con Tomate,
Albondigas,
Bocadillo de Jamon y Queso,
Mussles (I wasn’t a fan of the creamy sauce for mussles, but my friend was, so a matter of preference there. Definitely the biggest mussels the ocean can provide).
The bartender was perfectly attentive and friendly. Good luck with the Australia move!!

Really enjoyed my first visit with a girlfriend to celebrate her birthday. Fantastic service and flavorful food. Only drawbacks were the size of the tapas plates. When you order things to share, you expect at least 2 pieces of whatever it is you order (especially for the prices), but that is not what you get (e.g., the octopus is just 1 small tentacle that you have to cut in half). Also, the chairs are very low and uncomfortable. Other than those things, it was good and will likely go again.
