I deliver for Uber Eats in the area. I’ve picked up quite a few orders from this location. I’ve noticed drivers leaving with food, just to bring the food back in there. Food safety would tell them to remake the drink/food, but no. They just set the food and drinks aside for the next courier. I’ve noticed a customer complaining about getting the wrong order of fish. She opened the item, picked it up with her hands, etc. The cook took the fish from the woman’s plate, and placed it for another customer. I have been encouraged to not eat from this restaurant!

I recently had a terrible experience at the Red Snapper restaurant, which left me feeling extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with their food and service. I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich to-go and was excited to try it when I got home, but when I opened the container, I found that the chicken patty was burnt, rock hard, and clearly days old.
I immediately returned to the restaurant to express my disappointment and was told that they would remake the sandwich for me. I was grateful for the gesture and took the new sandwich home, hoping for a better experience this time around.
However, to my dismay, the new sandwich was made in exactly the same way as the first one, with the same rock-hard chicken. I couldn’t believe that they had made the same mistake twice, and it left me feeling frustrated and angry.
Overall, my experience with Red Snapper was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was clearly not fresh and the service was lacking, leaving me feeling like I had wasted my time and money on a subpar meal. If you’re looking for a good meal, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Price – Beware of the almost 30% markup on delivery. Other than that normal pricing which is scary cheap. 3/5
Customer Service – Ordered Watermelon Crush… they gave me Fruit Punch. Red Snapper seems almost like Catfish. Philly Steak doesn’t already come with fries or drink. Took a bit for them to get the order out of the door 2/5

Appearance –
Super wet & messy. Below average. Also small for the price. 1/5

Salty as all hell. Not worth the $10. In fact didn’t even come with fries or a drink. 1/5
Boneless Chicken “wings:”
Appearance – soaked in honey barbecue sauce. Could use a little less sauce considering that it goes into a cardboard bin. 3/5
Taste –
Moist. A little bit too much water and some areas. The chicken is pretty average but the sauce makes up for it. The five pieces are big chunks of breast meat that will definitely fill you up. The fries are a nice bonus. 4/5
Red Snapper Dinner:
Appearance – Decent looking fish with odd spots as if they fried chunks of flour too much in certain areas. Definitely overcooked on some parts of it. 2/5
Taste – Decent fish. Can barely taste the seasoning. Dry in some areas from being overcooked. Nothing special here. This honestly tastes similar to catfish so I’m skeptical if it’s actually red snapper. 2/5
Overall, the food is such poor quality here. It’s as if they don’t even try. You get the usual signs of a bad Philly Cheese Steak which is salty meat. There’s also a considerable markup (about 30% on each item) for delivery which makes it not even close to worth it. I’m also extremely skeptical that if they actually have red snapper fish. I doubt I’ll order from this place ever again.

I would say when I first walked in the place was clean and the guy at the register was friendly. I was in town visiting family and wanted to try some place new.
I ordered a catfish nugget and shrimp combo. I got it back and the fish was not edible because it was fried too hard and not at all seasoned well. I called immediately to let them know and they said a new order would be ready in 5 minutes.
I returned only to be told they could no remake my food without providing the original meal. However no one told me I needed to bring the old food back. It was in the trash where it rightly belonged.
They said that was company policy and initially gave me a really hard time. I am a financial advisor not an owner of a greasy spoon how could I have possibly known the policy. None the less after sharing my frustration they made some nuggets and they were not seasoned and not fresh tasting.

I ordered a gyro platebecause the gyro place was closed and asked before they prepared it if it was prepared as gyro restaurant prepared and the said yes. 8 specifically today them I wanted it off the loaf and not grilled. I got home to open a dried off the grill gyro with spoiled supposedly cucumber sauce. To disgusted to return it I just threw it out and will never visit again

If I could give 0 stars for food I would I don’t really write reviews but I’m pissed I ordered hot wings and a gyro tonight I get home halfway through my sandwich I see a black hair now I have long red/orange locs smh now after throwing away my food and throwing up because I was sick from seeing it smh I’ve never had a problem the couple times I’ve ate from here but after this I’m good and will let my family, coworkers and friends know about my experience maybe wear hairnets and or wash hands idk but I want be back

Heard good things about this company so I stopped to try it. I live 30 min away and I hope I get this fixed. I called and spoke to Precious. But her phone manners aren’t very good. I asked for the young man’s name who helped me and she just mumbled and I had to keep asking, until I have up and repeated VEROFF? She said yup. Anyhow we got a Philly cheese steak no peppers or onion. A chicken on pita with Mozz cheese and tzatziki sauce on the side. Got home to this. And no sauce. Then the awkward phone conversation with their girl there.
