First my order was wrong, then it was cold, then it was placed in a bag to go, when I clearly said that I was eating in! Then the manager tried to justify why it was cold, he said because of the cold lettuce and the mild sauce (I ordered no sauce) I in turn said, nice try but I’ve been coming to Taco John’s since the 70’s and my food was never cold, he then went quiet, and proceeded to give me my money back. Something I have never done!

The food was good! Wasn’t worth what I paid for it though. I asked for cheese sauce for my potato oles and they gave me sour cream. When I asked them to correct it they wouldn’t because the receipt showed sour cream. Terrible service!

When I visited last, we had asked for the potato rounds be fresh out of the fryer. Instead they tried to give old one to us. On top of which their staff is untrained and how to handle situations as well as they don’t know have any customer service my recommendation for this place is do not go to them

Overall a decent place to go. I’ve gone to this location for years, and the food is definitely fast and it tastes pretty good for being fast food. My only major complaint is most the time if I ask for hot sauce packets in the drive through I don’t get them. It’s like… less than half the time. But that’s the only thing they ever really screw up on so they’re still getting 4 stars. If you like Mexican food and you’re in a hurry this is a great option.

Good fast food, their tacos are surprisingly good for fast food. The only food I’ve gotten there that’s given me any gastrointestinal issues is the nacho cheese, which I generally avoid anywhere. So nice to get drive thru tacos without regretting it for the next 24 hours.
