I placed my order online 30 minutes before arriving for pickup, with a scheduled ready time of 5:45 p.m. I pulled up to the drive-thru window at 5:44 and was told that the chicken fingers would take a little longer to cook. I then went inside and waited for the order.
I should have checked the order before leaving, but we did not receive our coleslaw. In addition, we ordered only buffalo dipping sauce, yet we were given ranch instead.
While inside, I spoke with another customer who was also frustrated because her order was incorrect. She handled the situation very politely, and I complimented her on how she responded. Based on that interaction, it seems this may be a recurring issue at this particular location.
I really enjoy the food here and hope corrections with the service and mistakes are upcoming.

Drove 1 hour in intense fog (usually 30-35 minutes w/out the fog). Pulled in the drive thru line several cars ahead and one had just placed an order. My turn comes up to order, I pulled up to the intercom (mind you someone literally just placed an order) and the message says sorry we’re now closed. My issue is it just had literally turned 9 o’clock. Again I just drove through intense fog with my family in the car and according to Google the restaurant closed hours early, I won’t be back!

I used to love Popeyes Spicy Chicken sandwiches but over last several months regardless of location the chicken breading is extremely greasy, so much so I’m generally nauseous after eating. Such a shame as these used to be my “go to” comfort food.

There were only 2 trucks in the drivethur, and after waiting 25 minutes for a few chicken wraps, I walked inside to get my money back. Then, I waited another 10 minutes while dealing with a hostel employee to get my money back. Never again will I be back to this unorganized cluster.

The food was good; however, the cashier had a rude demeanor. I do not drink carbornated drinks and asked the cashier is I could have a cup of water. She charged me $3.09 for a coke and stated that I would have to pay for the cup. Water is not free?

Server was licking a lollipop while she tended the drive-thru. I was asked to pull forward and they would bring my order. After 9 minutes I went inside and got my order. Bun on the sandwich was mushy. Fish was delicious. Sandwich was most unattractive.
