I’ve lived in the area for ~8 years but only visited this location twice now. I haven’t been to a PJs since their decline maybe 10-14 years ago, however the wife wanted to try a place that was different (she never had PJs).
Online order, easy. Prices aren’t super but not bad by any means. It’s chain pizza so you know what to expect. It’s nice that every pie comes with a pepperoncini pepper (yum) and a garlic butter dipping cup whether you purchase one or not. The garlic stuffed crust is pretty good. I recently got Domino’s stuffed crust and while it’s okay, I prefer this, at least the garlic.
Location is pretty clean and modern inside though only for counter orders/takeout. They’re open later than most places which is a plus. Service is pretty good too. Evening online order was ready for pickup at the counter, pie in hand, in about 12 min. Menu overall isn’t the biggest or best but reliable. I’ll likely be coming back here again.

Very dirty pizza, ordered a large thin crust all veggies. Got a stomach ache from eating a couple slices. I did not thought much of it and had the left over after 3 days and got the same stomach ache. They need a health inspection done ASAP, or their workers are just dirty.

When they were in the other location the pizza was great. Since they moved it has been trash. Dry, old and not to mention looks a lot smaller. Not worth it. May have to go to another location or switch to the dominos down the street. Sad

The pizza and papadia were good. A little bit soggy for both. Our first time to order the cheesesteak Parmesan crust papadia, and we love it; but the cheese was too runny or maybe juice from the beef. The pizza needed maybe additional minutes cooking. The toppings and cheese were sliding off the pizza. Over sauced maybe? We still enjoyed it. One of our favorite pizza brands, so we’ll be ordering again in the future.

I literally ordered two pizzas with bacon, not Canadian bacon. And they gave me Canadian bacon anyway, which i don’t like. On the 2nd pizza, the Canadian bacon topping was very sparse. Just order from an authentic pizzeria, and avoid this place. Disappointed.

Papa John’s close to Huntington Metro is a reliable choice for tasty pizza. While the location is convenient, the service is what truly stands out—prompt and friendly every time I visit. The pizzas are made with quality ingredients, and they never disappoint. Highly recommended for a satisfying pizza experience

First time eating from and ordering online at this location.
Ordered a piZza online for in-store pickup. Arrived to a locked door and an employee that acted like I was annoying him while standing outside trying to get in to pick up my order.
Website states instore orders accepted through 11:40am.
The open sign posted on the window was turned off,
The doors were locked and the sign on the front door says they close at 12, but lobby closes at 10
Seems a little confusing for someone who placed an online order at a store they aren’t familiar with.
That Parking lot is a safety concern for a single woman to stand I waiting in at 1030 at night by herself.
If I knew I couldn’t come in to get my food before placing my order -.- I would have just gone somewhere else

I recently had what can only be described as an appalling experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, despite having ordered in advance, I was left waiting inexplicably. The lack of organization and disregard for customer time was evident. The staff seemed indifferent to my presence, and there was no sense of urgency to correct the oversight. This place has clearly lost any respect for the concept of customer service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this establishment unless you enjoy being treated like an afterthought. Truly disappointing.
